Description of Work: They did a plumbing inspection. Checked water pressure, adjusted water levels in toilets, checked for leaks... We had a spot on the ceiling and I thought the inspection would be a great place to start. However the guy that did the inspection thought we had a leak and that we would need to cut the drywall in the ceiling to figure it out. I agreed for them to send a plumber out a few days later. This guy thinks the leak is from the roof vent and that i need to have the vent pipe sealed. I am thrilled we did not cut any drywall! Not positive about the roof leak theory yet. The spot isn't any bigger. Waiting on weather to "break" for that repair.

Description of Work: I bought a big deal to have hot water heater flushed and inspection at a great price, $49. During the inspection I asked him about the turn off tap for house in case of emergency because it was old and refused to turn. He replaced it with an easy to use lever for $110 which I felt was a good price and a relief to have it done. He cleaned up well and was very pleasant!
