Description of Work: The company inspected my sump pump and battery back-up as outlined in the coupon. Everything was in working order. A few weeks later though, the battery back-up was used several times during a hard rain storm. When I called the company back, I explained the situation, and they suggested that while the system was operating fine during the inspection that the system was probably "going out," and that they would send another representative to check the system again. On the second trip, the rep found the system to again be working (since it was not raining) but recomended replacing the sump pump to ensure the system worked properly since the pump was 4-5 years old. I have not replaced my sump pump yet.

Description of Work: They sent me an email saying they were having computer issues and that it would be best to call them. I talked with someone and they took all my information, passed me along to someone else who also took all my information. They explained to me that they were really busy and they wouldn't be able to come out until next week. I will be out of town and need the job completed sooner.
