Description of Work: The deal was for a plumbing inspection. The inspection was performed and a couple of adjustments were made in my bathroom and kitchen. Advice was also given on an occasional leak that I have. They also do duct cleaning and I will be using their services in the future.

(Removed member name) we have call records indicating that a message was left for you to call our office to schedule the appointmant and no records of your return call. We were experiencing some phone and computer issues last week and if you did call back there may be a chance your return call did not get through. Our computer and phone are on the same system and when one has a problem it interferes with the other. We would be more that happy to reschedule you, our problems have been fixed. Description of Work: They fixed the drip in the upstairs tub faucet. It started leaking again with in a week. I called them and they came out quickly (different person) and tried to tighten the stems on the faucet. Did not work. Said that they would have to replace the entire faucet assembly as Ohio law does not permit 2 handle installations. (Which may well be true, to prevent scalds.) Before I went further I checked my water pressure and I was getting 120 psi. I was suppose to have 70 or 80. I had regulator put on when we moved in 30 years ago. It would no longer adjust. I had another company come in and replace the regulator and the gaskets on the faucet. All fixed. I didn't wreck my washer, dishwasher, or other faucets.
