Description of Work: Appointment was for annual servicing of furnace. Technician was prompt, courteous. He also took the time to answer questions (I am totally ignorant about how a furnace operates, other than I turn a thermostat, and it comes on!) | He explained air flow and proper setting of vents. During the servicing, he did diagnose a problem with the blower, and a future appointment has been set for replacement of that part. | The company also offers a plan for annual servicing of both furnace and AC. Easy, breezy .... making certain both are working at optimal performance. | If there were a higher rating than A, this company would get it!
