The secretary forgot to put out job in, and we almost didn't get on the work order list. However, they managed to fit us in. The complete job was finished within our scheduled time. After the first shower, we noticed a wet spot in the downstairs hall. A leak had developed from the renovation. They fixed it within a couple of hours of our call and were super apologetic. It sounds like a bad experience, however it wasn't. 1. They said they would come out--they did, even though they had to rearrange their schedule. 2 Terry came out personally to double check what work needed to be done and sent out their best plumber. 3. The hole in the plumbing was probably already there, just exaberated by the remodel. They replaced the pipes without charge to us. 4. The price of the shower walls and base are part of the price we paid Geiler. 5. They had to custom fit our shower since it was not a standard size. 6. The price is excellent for a bathroom makeover!

THEIR WORKMANSHIP WAS EXCELLENT. I THOUGHT THEY WERE VERY PUNCTUAL ABOUT THEIR WORK. EVERYTHING THAT THEY DID WAS REALLY AWESOME. THEY CLEANED OUR AIR DUCTS THE BEST THAT THEY COULD.

Job 1: Excellent. The system seems well designed and installed. Joe Rosenacker, the plumber, was personable and skilled. Job 2: Excellent.The plumber, Joe Rosenacker, was skilled and friendly.

Gary, the service technician, was on time and friendly. Fixed the problem quickly and explained what he did. Received call-ahead to tell me he was on the way, which was helpful.

The representative was courteous and competent. He walked me through everything, answered all my questions and made recommendations on things I could be doing to help keep these systems in good operating order.

Excellent. I've used them for 2 years now and I've never had any problems. The serviceman was prompt, very knowledgeable, and Professional. He even sat me down and took the time to explain why I needed a new part.

THEY ANALYZED EVERYTHING PERFECTLY, AFTER SEVERAL OTHER COMPANIES COULD NOT. THEY ARE VERY RESPONSIVE. THE GUYS THAT CAME OUT WERE CLEAN & WELL SPOKEN. IT WAS A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!!!!!

The company was responsive, prompt, friendly, & courteous. I was pleased that they didn't try to charge me when they followed up about the leak (& they came out the day I called). They also took the time to answer a question I had about the hot water heater & took a look at it.

I can't comment on the quality of work because all he did was turn on a valve that my husband pointed out to him looked to be in the off position. We were charged the $65 fee for a service call. We were also charged $25 for him to turn on the valve. I was disappointed to see this extra charge as I thought it would be a good will gesture to only charge for the service call. I probably will not call them in the future for this reason.

GEILER WAS VERY HELPFUL IN WORKING AROUND MY SCHEDULE. I APPRECIATED THAT THE PLUMBER CALLED ME TO LET ME KNOW HE WAS ON THE WAY. WHEN HE ARRIVED HE WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS. HE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND CAME UP WITH AN ECONOMICAL SOLUTION.

WE HAVE USED GEILER SEVERAL TIMES AND THEY ARE KNOWLEDGEABLE, PROFESSIONAL, AND FIXED THE PROBLEM QUICKLY. THERE ARE LESS EXPENSIVE HVAC COMPANIES.

JOE WAS MY TECHNICIAN. HE IS A WONDERFUL HUMAN BEING. HE IS VERY ACCOMODATING AND TRIES TO MAKE THINGS EASIER FOR THE CUSTOMER. WE HAVE A PLUMBER FOR LIFE

JOB 1: THE WATER QUIT WORKING AT 11:00 ON A FRIDAY ON A WEEKEND WHERE WE HAD LOTS OF PEOPLE COMING IN FROM OUT OF TOWN. I CALLED, AND THEY SENT OUT A REPRESENTATIVE IMMEDIATELY WHO FIXED OUR PROBLEM. I COULDN'T BE HAPPIER WITH THE SERVICE! JOB 2: AS USUAL, THEY DID A GREAT JOB! CAME QUICKLY AND ON TIME (EVEN CALLED FIRST). GAVE SUGGESTIONS WHEN ASKED. THEY HAD TO CUT THROUGH SOME DRYWALL TO DO WHAT WE WANTED, AND MADE SURE TO ASK US ABOUT THIS FIRST. WE ALWAYS SEEM TO HAVE GOOD LUCK WITH THEM.

WE HAVE FOUND GEILER TO BE VERY RESPONSIVE. THE REPAIR TECH'S ARE ALWAYS COURTEOUS, AND ON TIME FOR APPOINTMENTS. THEY CLEAN UP AFTER THEMSELVES. I FEEL LIKE THE TECHNICIANS ARE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. THE ANSWERING SERVICE IS VERY COURTEOUS. WE HAVE A PREFERRED CUSTOMER MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT WHICH IS $160 ANNUALLY. THIS INCLUDES THE YEARLY TUNE-UP, PLUS A DISCOUNT FOR ANY SERVICE CALLS & PARTS NEEDED FOR REPAIRS.

THE ONLY PROBLEM WAS THAT IT TOOK THEM A LOT LONGER TO FINISH OUR PROJECT THAN IT SHOULD HAVE. THE QUALITY OF WORK WAS GOOD.

ON TIME, RELIABLE. I THINK THIS WAS EXPENSIVE FOR WHAT THEY DID. THE BASEMENT DRAIN STILL SMELLS--THEY SAID WE WOULD NEED TO LOOK IN WITH A CAMERA, WHICH IS EVEN MORE EXPENSIVE. THEY LEFT THE BASEMENT FLOOR PRETTY MESSY. I HAD TO GO BACK AND CLEAN.

THE WORK TOOK ONE DAY. EVERYONE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. THE KITCHEN WAS SPOTLESS WHEN THEY LEFT.

IT TOOK SOME TRIAL AND ERROR. THE HOUSE IS ON A CONCRETE SLAB, WHICH MAKES IT MORE DIFFICULT TO DIAGNOSE. THEY WERE PERSISTENT.

WE ARE REAL HAPPY WITH THEM AND WILL CONTINUE TO USE THEM.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB. I HAVE USED THEM IN THE PAST AND THE PEOPLE THAT THEY SEND ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND PATIENT. THEY DIDN'T GIVE ME A HARD SALE ABOUT A SERVICE CONTRACT, I BROUGHT IT UP.

I LIKED THE FACT THAT THEY CALLED BEFORE THEY SENT ANYONE OUT. ALSO WE THOUGHT WE HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE RADON SYSTEM, IT TURNED OUT TO BE THE SUMP PUMP.

WE HAD AN EXPENSIVE SHOWER UNIT AND HE DID WELL WITH THAT. HE ALSO INSTALLED A TUB LINER AND SEVERAL OTHER CONTRACTORS SAID THAT IT WAS NOT INSTALLED PROPERLY AND WOULD PROBABLY LEAK IN THE FUTURE. THEY ARE PRICEY.

THEY WERE PROMPT, EFFICIENT, AND CHARGED WHAT WAS ESTIMATED INITIALLY. THEIR PRICES WERE NO BETTER OR WORSE THAN MOST OTHER COMPANIES.

THEY WERE VERY EXPENSIVE. EVERYTHING ELSE WAS GOOD. THEY CAME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD AND THEY GOT RIGHT TO WORK.

I CALLED THEM THIS MORNING, AND THEY CAME OUT PROMPTLY TO FIX THE SINK, BUT THE MAN WAS IN MY HOUSE FOR LESS THAN 15 MINUTES, AND AFTER THE WORK WAS DONE, HE DIDN'T EVEN WANT ME TO START THE DISPOSAL TO SEE IF HIS WORK HAD BEEN DONE SUCCESSFULLY. HE WAS IN AND OUT SO FAST THAT IT CONCERNED ME. I ALSO HEARD A THUMPING SOUND WHEN HE WAS WORKING ON IT THAT CONCERNED ME AS WELL, BECAUSE I THINK THAT HE COULD HAVE BROKEN A PIPE WITHIN THE WALLS. HE SEEMED VERY UNCONCERNED ABOUT MY SATISFACTION OF THE WORK.
