The company called after making the purchase on Angies list to schedule a time. The rep was friendly and very helpful in working with my schedule. On the day of the service they called to let me know the tech had just finished the job before me and gave an approximate arrival time within the window I had scheduled. The tech was very friendly and thorough, he explained the items he was inspecting and went over any concerns. He did find a few issues and gave me a quote for the repairs. The quoted prices were well within the expected range for the items of concern. I will be using this company in the future.

The man was so knowledgeable. He told us our duct work had been improperly installed and that we should use tape to seal all the gaps. That explains why I am having to change filters so often. He didn't pressure us to get anything new, just answered my questions about what percentage of efficiency we should get in a furnace when we need a new one. Now we feel we have enough information to make the right choice when it's necessary. He tuned up the furnace and checked for leaks and answered my questions about air filters. Very happy.

He supplied all the things he replaced in the laundry room. The shut off valves he put on our washer, instead of it being a handle that you turn to the left or right its more a value.

We came home and noticed it was really cold in the house. We called for an emergency after hours call. They were great. They had a deal where if we paid extra they would come back and service or ac unit in the spring. We were really lucky because the technician had the part on his truck. Very professional.

Turned out to be a more complicated issue with the leak, but the gentleman was professional and stopped the problem until he could order a part. Then he returned to finish the job well.

He guy came in and introduced himself and was very nice. He went straight to work and got everything done plus and extra drain I asked him to look at.

The inspection went fine and the flush and drain of the water heater went fine also. Several items found were discussed and estimates given. Both men seemed professional and knowledgeable.

Took all day, ended up paying twice as much, as we had additional ducts then after they left a few ducts were not even touched. Frustrating.

I was very pleased with the service. I had a question about the humidifier which is attached to the furnace. The technician showed me where there was a problem in the water line and how to easily fix it. The furnace inspection itself was very efficient.

One person came to complete the service. Whatever time we set, he was here. He was here for an hour and a half. He did all we expected him to do. If they keep doing what they're doing, we'll be very happy.
