Service tech was punctual, helpful and worked efficiently.

After signing up on Angies list I began to see the amazing offers publicized by some of the businesses on Angies list ; this one was for a furnace inspection at a reduced cost, because it was through Angies list, I felt like I could trust it.The serviceman, ( Tim ) is his name; was on time as promised , very polite, introduced himself and went right to work.He made enough conversation to be outgoing but stayed busy and appeared very knowledgable.He didn't try to tell me i needed a new furnace or anything but he did show us that out fan belt had some cracks in it and we had him go ahead and replace it, he educated us about the different types of filters as well.When he left he didn't leave a mess behind and I would say it was a very good experience and not only would I use them but I would gladly recommend them.Tim represented his company well.

Technician was prompt and efficient!

The service tech reported that the fasteners to the water drainage system had not been properly tightened at the time of installation. In August of 2014, the tubing---at the location of the fasteners---started leaking to such an extent that the water collection pans had become full and as a result water overflowed onto my bathroom and hallway ceiling. The tech stated multiple times that this was an installation issue and took pictures of the water damage and said that his manager would be in touch. The damage to my bathroom is the most significant, but includes damage to the ceiling of the main hallway: 1. Damage to freshly painted bathroom walls and ceiling. 2. Extensive plaster damage to the walls and ceiling---ceiling is now extensively cracked and plaster has started to fall off the ceiling. 3. In the hallway, there is discoloration of the ceiling. The manager never returned my phone calls. I have at least $600-800 of water damage and they simiply don't care. The manager should have called to discuss with me EVEN IF HE DISAGREED with the opinion of his service tech. Not returning my phone calls is extremely unprofessional behavior. I spent a lot of money with Geiler and what this tells me is that they don't care about my business and maintaining quality work standards. If something is not done properly Geiler, they will not stand behind the quality of their work.

The Plumber was professional, courteous, and friendly. He explained everything being done and answered all my questions. He probably could have charged me to snake the slow draining tub drain but instead just told me what to do. Very happy with the service.

He made the repairs on the spot. He was professional and courteous. I couldn't have been more pleased with the workmanship.

I had bought a Groupon for an inspection and tune up. The scheduler was super nice. Unfortunately they were booked out for a month so she put me on the cancellation list so she could get me in during November which was my preference. They were able to fit me in the following week. The technician was very professional and friendly. He answered all my questions and did a most thorough job. He reassured me that while my furnace is old, it is still in good condition and has a lot of life yet. I was happy to hear that as I am not in a position to replace it right now. Because I had a Groupon and didn't need any follow up work, I can't comment on their prices. However I would definitely use their services again.

It went very good and timely. They did a complete inspection and answered all questions.

arrived as scheduled; very professional, courteous, performed general inspection of all plumbing equipment including toilets, water pressure; replaced water heater leaking relief valve which I requested on that day. Will not hesitate to call on them again!

I purchased this big deal from angies list knowing that there was something up/wrong with the system -- I had heard the warning alert go off several days before. I notifed the scheduling technician of the possible need for more then the advertised service, and she connected me with the technician who helped problem solve via telephone and insured that the needed materais were available on the truck. The technician showed up and made the necessary repairs, and even made a return trip to help problem solve another system problem that came up after the intial visit was completed.

I have 3 bathrooms and one is in my basement. He recommended to replace the toliet and sink, which he provided me an estimate.

The inspection was thorough but quick. It was a positive experience.

Everything went well and it only took a few minutes.

The service men arrived and performed the plumbing inspection and told me of the problems they found.....2 toilets were losing water. When I asked them about the water heater flush they said they were unaware they were to do that. I told them it was included in my Angie's List deal and they said they were unaware of that, but proceeded to do the flush after I provided them with a code.....a code they should have already had as I verified the deal on the phone prior to their arrival. I feel had I not been attentive they would have not performed the water heater flush at all. Once they were through with the flush I asked them if they could perform the work necessary to fix the toilets. They said they could but it would be extra, but I figured since they were already there I might as well have them do the work. The total time spent on the two toilets was no more than 20 minutes and I was charged $158. One toilet only required a small rubber gasket and work was completed in less than 5 minutes! For that I was charged $51. The other toilet required a "minor" toilet repair for which I was charged $107. I was not told in advance what the charge would be and I didn't ask, never believing it could possibly rise to the amount I was charged.....especially since they were already there and thus would be no additional service charge. I called the company and made a complaint as to the failure of the service men to be prepared to do the flush as well as the outrageous charges for the additional work. All they offered was a $19 credit to be used toward any additional work I might have done, which of course I declined....telling them I would certainly not be doing any additional business with their company. It is my opinion this is how they make their money......you think you're getting a good deal with the initial inspection price through Angie's List, but the excessive price they charge for additional work more than makes up for the reduced price of the Angie's List deal. I would like to say the two service men who showed up were very polite and courteous and the work that was done appears to have been done satisfactorily. I would also add that if you choose to ignore this review and do use this company for service make sure you obtain their price for additional repairs prior to authorizing the work. What appears to be a minor 30 minute job will certainly not result in a minor charge when you get the bill.

Technician was very professional. Explained what he did and answered many other questions I had about our system.

They tested every toilet for leaks (found none). They ran every faucet & even cleaned the little screens in the faucets. They flushed the hot water heater & tested the sump pumps. They found a problem with the balance spool in the upstairs bathroom & came back 2 days later & fixed it. (That shower only got hot water, no cold water). The day they came back, they called to say they were running a bit late because of traffic. The job took approximately 1/2 hour. They were a pleasure to work with.

Service man located the problem (faulty charger), and I was able to replace only that item very inexpensively

They called to notify me a tech was on route as they said they would. Matt arrived promptly on time, was very courteous and professional. He even offered to answer any other plumbing questions I had around my house and provided suggestions. Talked up the company's products without being overly pushy!! Would be comfortable having him back to work in my house.

They get here right away and they do a good job. They are good in every way. I have been a customer with them for about 20 years now. The workers have been really helpful and they will bring other things to my attention and fix them. I enjoy having them come and they are polite.

My water bill was very high. He said that I needed a new flapper on the toilet. However, even after the replacement my water bill is still pretty high. He checked everything and even went outside to check but he was very quick with his inspection.
