It went fine. I liked the price-point.

It worked out fine. He did an inspection, and confirmed everything is working condition.

The description was not clear that you had to have a sump pump already there.

The technician that came was very professional and helpful. He came originally for a furnace tune-up that he completed thoroughly, confirming that the heating was in a good shape, being just 3 year old. He then spotted a problem in the humidifier that we had already suspicion on, since the air in the house had become a lot dry. The fix was replacing a $150 valve for that. Since we had a warranty on that, he talked over the phone to the warranty department for that issue, but having a $100 deductible anyhow we thought it was not worth going through the whole process again to get a $150 part replaced. In the end he replaced the part and for $200 we have now a clean working system.

Provider met all expectations for the special deal. No other problems were found nor suggested.

I called Geiler and told them that I had purchased a certificate off of Angie's list for a comprehensive plumbing inspection and to drain my water heater for $49. I also told them that I had a couple of other small jobs to take care of. An apptmt. was made for later in the week. Frank arrived at the specified time and immediately went to work to drain the water heater and fix the two additional problems I had. It went fine, but then he was getting ready to leave and I asked him if he was going to do the plumbing inspection because he had taken the certificate I printed. He said, oh I wasn't sure what you all got with the certificate. (All he had to do was read it). So he very quickly inspected all of the pipes, flushed the toilets, turned on the faucets in the sinks. He noticed that a pipe was beginning to rust under the kitchen sink and said it should be replaced in the next couple of months. He also found that the overflow tank on the hot water heater was bad. He did not have an extra one with him so he could not replace it. I felt like he was in a hurry to get out of there. After he left, I went in to clean up the tub that he fixed the leak on, since he did not clean up very well when he left, and I found out that the shower head/faucet was not working properly. And, this was in the tub that he worked on. I was very disappointed that the plumbing inspection went so quickly, and it was not very comprehensive or he would have found the faulty faucet/shower head. The work was ok, but I was not overly impressed with the way the whole thing went. So now, I still have repairs that need to be done, but I plan to find a different plumber.

Solved the problem promptly and for a good price.

The service technician was on time, pleasant, and knowledgeable re: our older model furnace. He explained what he was doing and didn't try to sell me a new furnace. I highly recommend this company!

It went really well. The tech was at the home for 45 minutes to an hour and my unit is 19 years old.

They tried several times to schedule the service. I was not able to do it when they offered. I have not yet used the coupon but that is my fault. The person I spoke with was very nice and responsive. I really appreciated their efforts.

They were fine. He came in and told me a needed a new sump pump. I am going to call them and get my sump pump replaced-simply because I am familiar with the company's name. They didn't pressure me in to purchasing anything right at that moment. He knew what he was talking about- they are master plumbers and know what they are doing.

Arrived on time. Very courteous and careful to not track in any dirt. Completed flush and tests quickly with no issues. Took a look at our faucets and determined that a couple of the aerators on them needed to be replaced. He replaced them on the spot and did not charge extra. Wouldn't hesitate dealing with them again if needed.

Quite well. Knowledge and work was top notch. Recommended correcting expansion tank issue and possible replacement of faucet in upstairs bathroom. I expect to enlist Geiler to perform these services plus handle any additional issues.

The service provider wasn't on time; however, he apologized and was very professional about it. I think it was because his mapping software sent him to the wrong address, if I am remembering correctly. This is not uncommon where I live, so it was quite understandable. He flushed my water heater and answered my questions regarding water heater maintenance. He also checked my plumbing including the faucets and toilet operation. He also quoted a price to repair two leaky faucets; however, he advised that I should have some additional work done prior to repairing the faucets. I think he did a good job for the price that I paid and I was happy with the service.

They inspected the water heater. They were very good and thorough. They did a good job.

It was fine. I had no problems. Scheduling was fine as well. I would use them again.

I called them on a Wednesday or Thursday to schedule the work, and he came out the following Monday. He arrived on time and is very professional. I plan to have him back in the summer for an A/C tune-up.

they ended up having to come out twice since we couldn't get gas going and then the furnace wouldn't start. Had to get warranty company out to start it. They were extremely flexible and easy to work with. I give them credit for their patience working with us and the house that had been vacant for 2 years before we purchased it.

I never used the service special I paid for. I called for appointment and found out that they were 70 miles away which would not be economical for either party for the additional services I would require. I called Geiler Friday January 16, 2015 at 9:45 AM and the service department suggested I correspond with Angie's List for refund. Please help me here to get my $59 refund please. This charge was charged to my Chase credit card on October 2, 2014. Please let me know next steps please. Thank you in advance for helping.

They were on time, professional and told me everything that needed to be fixed throughout my whole plumbing system. Issue for me was $1700 to repair 2 toilet leaks, replace 2 leaky valves and replace tub faucet. Found someone else instead.

I would use this provider again in the future.
