I thought they were a little bit expensive. The quality was pretty good.

Let's start by saying that I already have a warranty company that will fix plumbing issues for a $45.00 deductible. This company allows me to use their contractor or mine. Since I had used Geiler in the past I chose them. Once the technician arrived he called me on my wife's cell number rather than the one I had requested so there was a delay in reaching me. Once we connected he informed me that the handle on the toilet was broken and that the toilet was leaking at the base. His recommended that I have him reseal the toilet. Cost $266.00. I accepted. Then he moved on to the bathtub. The handle was broken and he said that water was leaking from the faucet spout into the tub. His recommendation was to replace the faucet. Cost $795.00. I did not accept his recommendation and eventually went out and fixed the issue myself for $30.00. The third issue dealt with the pipes under the kitchen sink. The pipes are plastic and they were loose. He recommended replacing the pipes for $195.00. I also rejected that and fixed the leak and loose pipes for $10.00 of glue and 15 minutes of my time. The real issue was lack of respect towards me and a very simple request for him to merely call my warranty company so I could get full reimbursement. My card on file with Geiler would pay in full Geiler's charge, and by calling my company I could have been reimbursed up to $221.00 of his bill. He refused. I called the parent company and they also refused stating they do not deal with warranty companies. Their lack of appropriately meeting a paying customer's request is unacceptable. Because of their anti-customer service I am limited to receiving only $100.00 back. And is if I can produce an invoice that describes what was done and the final cost I paid. Since the technician did nothing more than charge my card, I had no invoice. So I had to call the office again. They sent me an email stating plumbing services as the description which will most likely mean NO Reimbursement. I will never use them again!

I purchased an A/C tune-up as one of the daily "Top Deals." I could not be more satisfied with the service. The whole thing took about an hour, but I didn't need to do any more than just let the tech in the door. He was courteous, professional, and thorough. All around, I'm glad I purchased the "deal", and I'm very happy with the service Geiler provided.

Fixed frozen coil in my AC unit, and added refrigerant to the unit. Temporary fix, but followed up with quotes on long term repair along side a full replacement quote.

They did fine. They cleaned the water heater and did an inspection on the other plumbing around the house. There were additional charged because there were valves on a laundry sink that needed replacing.

They couldn't clean the drain out and offered $350 to cut the pipe. He explained to me why couldn't clean the drain.

Our air conditioner was out and I called them at 7:30AM. A technician was at our house before noon and had the job completed by early afternoon. We were very pleased we did not have to wait that long. He was very professional and informative. I would recommend this company to anyone.

They were on time and did a quality job. Terry helped me pick the right heater over the phone and by email. Juan installed it the next day. They were courteous and professional. The new Rheem heater works great. The price was competitive with other professional plumbers but just a little bit more than the big box hardware stores. I think for the difference I got a more qualified installer with Geiler and they did not try to up-sell or add anything once they got started. The price I paid was the price they quoted even thought they had to change some fittings that they could have charged me for. I will use Geiler for any future plumbing needs.

When my hot water heater went out on a Friday, I called Geiler Home Services. Ryan scheduled an appointment for early Monday. He offered to send someone out sooner but I was happy with Monday. I was afraid to leave the gas on over the weekend. Owner, Terry Gellenbeck, called and reassured me I could turn it to off. On Monday morning, Dennis arrived as scheduled and replaced the thermo coupler. I expected a new waterheater. My heater is over 15 years old. But, Dennis quickly fixed the heater and the charge was only $149.00! I know this will probably add a year or two before a replacement and that's good for me. I'm used to much higher plumbing prices. I'd prefer to go to the dentist than call the plumber I've used for years. So expensive. However, the three men from Geiler were great. I'm looking forward to using their services in the future. I will request Dennis and thank him for such good service.

My experience with the big deal purchase from Geiler Home Services turned out great. They are very efficient. They did a real good job.

Originally had appointment scheduled for Tuesday. Received a call on Monday, saying due to weather, were getting behind, would it be ok to reschedule. It ended up working better for us to reschedule anyway, for us, it worked out fine. Jason was the service person who serviced our AC units. He was professional, courteous, and helpful. We discussed the efficiency of the units, and he gave us ideas on how we could possibly improve performance. We will also use the company in the fall to service our furnace, and asked for them to give us a call to schedule in the fall. Jason seemed to care about helping and we would recommend him/the company to friends. Used an Angie's List coupon.

Did a standard furnace inspection. Was at the home for about 30 minutes and said everything checked out fine. No issues.

I called to follow through on an Angie's list ad for a 40 gal. gas water heater, installed, for $875. The response was: "Is that ad still up?" The long and short of it is that it would cost 30% more because of changes in legal standards. I didn't pursue it further, but there was no offer to try to "work out" a fair price, given the ad that led to my call. Very disappointing.

Excellent. He provided exactly the service I was looking for without any high pressure up-selling. Would recommend this serive and this service provider.

The plumber and his helper arrived on time. They snaked the drain and poured chemical into the drain to prevent further build up. We've had no problem with the drain so I'm pleased with the job!

The water heater flush was straight forward, relatively quick and heater reported as OK. Very thorough job in looking at plumbing connections, drains, toilets, and faucets. That investigation was beneficial as it uncovered some weak points. Also beneficial was estimate to fix those uncovered items, Best benefit was reviewer telling me what each issue meant, and how and when to prioritize a repair. Very pleased with overall results

I called Mark at approximately 6pm on a Saturday about a water leak from my toilet. I wasn't sure of the cause. The toilet and house are only 15 years old. Mark indicated he would be at my house in a half hour. He determined the toilet was loose from floor. I had contracted with a tile company two days earlier to clean the tile/grout on the floor and they apparently were rough and caused the toilet to become loose.....Mark took toilet apart & installed new wax ring and new water line hose and the leak stopped. While he was there I also had him check a slow toilet in another room.

They did a great job in every way. I would definitely use them again.
