Geek Squad - Best Buy

Awful. My fridge was supposed to be delivered April 28th. I never recieved a confirmation call so I called 1800bestbuy. After 30 minutes on the phone I was informed my refrigerator was still in Cleveland. Rescheduled delivery for April 30th between 12-2. Delivery showed up at 9:00 saying they were told 8:30-10:30. I was not home. I spent an hour on the phone and they cannot deliver it today. So, no refrigerator despite two attempts. Will never shop there again.

We called the Geek Squad to help us with our in-home wireless networking. I am completely appalled the company technician's lack of customer service skills. We were supposed to have a technician at our house between 12:00 and 4:00 today (6/23). We made sure that we were home well before 12:00 to meet the technician. We received at call at 12:30 asking us to call the technician back. The message was very non-specific. We missed the call and once we noticed, we called the person back. That call back was placed at 12:42. The technician then rudely informed us that we didn't call him back quick enough and so he is not coming to our house for his appointment and we would need to call the office to reschedule our appointment. In what universe is it acceptable to cancel an appointment after 12 minutes and no additional phone call and to be completely rude about it. We will not be this company for any of their services now or in the future. We have not been treated with the respect that a customer deserves. I can't believe that this company has any clients if this is how they treat people.

They were very helpful and good. We knew what we wanted and they pointed us in the right direction. I will return to Best Buy again.

I had some problem with my computer and I went to them. They fixed the issue with my computer in 14 minutes. I went up to my car to pick my cell phone which was left in there, and my computer was ready by the time I came back in and it was ready to go. I was impressed with the speed and how knowledgeable they were. They were very quick. They charged me a reasonable price and I had a very good experience with them. They were really good.

They did not have it in stock. They did find it in another store in the area because I pushed them to look.

They were good and I will use them again in the future.

I walked in there and took them my tower. I had some business calls to make and came back in a half hour and he had it up and running. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Along the way we had problems with them ordering the wrong appliances and with damaged appliances. There were also installation problems. What should have take two weeks took about eight weeks to get everything done. Once everything was done we were very happy with the appliances and everything looked nice, it was just a long ordeal getting there.

I will never use Geek Squad again. They did not return phone calls, items were not delivered on the timing committed to, etc.

The tech was pleasant, verbal and helpful. He even called when he was going to be late. He answered all questions that I had, and has apparently fixed the problem. The only negative part of the experience was dealing with the phone tree and the long holds when I called into the company - they need to fix this part of their company.

These guys know what they are doing. He showed up on time and got right to work. It took him a couple of hours. But he fixed it. However, when I went to pay the bill they tried to charge me double. He claims that the store made a mistake in quoting me the $159 price. After discussing this issue with him, he agreed to the price I was quoted. The technician who did this job was also slightly unpleasant as he was extremely arrogant. I also found that after talking to several other people who have used this service they too experienced the same response. They were quoted one price and after the job was done, was billed a higher one. I will probably not hire this company again, because I don't believe I can trust them when they quote me a price and then come to do the work. And courtesy means a lot to me.

All 4 guys I talked to were great--knowledgeable and very helpful. I was very impressed and will use them for all my PC repairs in the future!

BEST BUY WAS VERY HELPFUL. THEY WERE ABLE TO ANSWER ALL MY QUESTIONS AND TELL ME THE BEST HARDWARE FOR MY NEEDS. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND FINISHED ON TIME.

BEST BUY IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE WORKINGS OF THE COMPUTER. THEY LISTENED TO WHAT MY PROBLEM WAS AND HAD THE COMPUTER FOR A FEW HOURS AND HAD IT FIXED. THE VIRUS THAT THEY CLEANED OUT WAS THE PROBLEM. THEY WILL BE THE FIRST PLACE I CALL TO FIX ANY MORE PROBLEMS.
