Brian was extremely responsive and friendly. I called at least 6 companies and he was the most responsive and had the best quality design. He thoroughly measured and provided a proper estimate as opposed to a "guestimate" and although we had a few changes, he stuck to the original price quoted. He presented a blueprint and really took the time to review it and make sure I was comfortable with all of the plants he selected. He was also very open to adjusting. The crew was very prompt and worked extremely hard to accomplish the entire job in about 7 hours. It looked fabulous and all was cleaned up very nicely. I was thrilled with the work and highly recommend Brian and team!

I became familiar with Garden Works at the Cincinnati Home and Garden Show. Last May we moved into a home whose previous owner had been using another landscape company. I was curious to get a bid from Garden Works for the amount of work our front and back yards would require to maintain and to explore other possible landscaping improvements and fixes from last summer's drought. I called Garden Works. I waited a week. Nothing. I called again. Finally I received a call from them (Trevor) who told me they had returned my earlier call (which they never did). This was now the following Tuesday. Trevor told me either he or his partner should be able to make it out to look things over and give men an estimate before that week was out. It is now the end of the following week and I have yet to hear a thing from Garden Works. Almost 3 weeks have transpired since my initial phone call to them. I will not use nor recommend Garden Works. We're all busy, but there's no excuse for this poor of service.

Ryan Gettys, the owner and designer, also suggested stone walls to set off a raised bed of shrubs, flowers, grasses and trees. He had several creative ideas I don t think the typical landscaper would have had the imagination to suggest. There work is very neat and professional. If you re having trouble visualizing what your options can be, we recommend you call Ryan. In fact, we have had several people stop, ring the door bell, and ask who did our landscaping.
