Description of Work: I was not at home for this service call. I had a friend at the house to take the service call. He was impressed with the service technician that made the call. The service tech knew exactly what the problem was. He suggested that I repair and not replace the garage door opener. That saved me a lot of money. The door is workinf fine now. I would call Garage Door Service again if I have garage door problems.

Description of Work: Paul installed a new opener and straightened out the rails. He was very honest and told us what was still functional, rather than pushing an entire new door system. He was on time, knowledgeable, explained everything thoroughly and told us not to hesitate to call if we had a question. I would recommend him without hesitation and will use this company in the future.

Description of Work: The owner/operator fixed my garage door wiring quickly and gave me a good estimate on replacing the opener mechanism and the door without trying to gouge or apply presure tactics. He was also punctual and friendly - very nice experience. :))
