+ -1 moreAfter a brief explanation as to the cause, he made a very technical matter easy to understand. He replaced a vital part that was corroded and also replaced a damaged cable wire. He finished with a total system check. We were happy it was done so quick and efficiently. It's good for us to know that your service is available to our community. Description of Work: My initial call to your company was handeled with a very pleasant sounding associate. She took our information and dispatched the repair man. He arrived early and went right to work. After careful inspection and evaluation a repair plan was suggested. After a verbal agreement was reached, he proceeded to repair the garage door return system. It was fixed within an hour of his arrival!

+ -1 moreThe guy is very nice and responsive. He's the only one on Oahu I could find to sale me torsion springs. He used a spring calculator to determine proper size and once I installed them, they worked perfectly.
