The experience is what you should receive all the time, however Red Bob, Shad, Eric and Justin went past the 100% They were great ,worked hard ,knew what to do and did it. It was a very warm day and they worked until the job was complete They left my home in great condition, cleaned up all the leaves twigs etc. They had protected the grass with special planks so there were no ruts. I am extremely please with the work. The crew worked hard , respected one another and were great to have. I also want to thank Eric Sr who was the 1st person I met , at my home, and who explained how his company could fulfill our need. He said they would and they did. Thanks again D. Wood

Satisfactory services, they were prompt, organized and orderly and cleaned up well before departure.

They were great. They came when they said they were going to, did an excellent job, cleaned up beautifully, and were responsive to all of my questions and concerns.

Extremely well. Large equipment was moved into tight spaces and when completed all fences, decks and landscaping was untouched. The tree came down in one day with clean up on the 2nd day.

It was good. I would use them again.

Not only did they not ever come back to grind down the stump, they cut down another tree that was ours near the property line. After we went in the house, they drove their equipment over three of our sprinkler heads.

Very well, they also removed three small bushes at no charge. The reason for not using them again is that we move out of the area.

It went very smoothly. I called for an estimate and they emailed me the price. After accepting the bid, they called to tell me the day they would come to do the work. The work was completed in about 2 hours.

Could not have gone better. Did a great job and made it look as though a tree was never there. Will gladly use them again and recommend them to others. Great communication through email was prompt and complete. Price for the work was very fair.

The entire experience from beginning to end was excellent. The owner Gavin came out to give us a bid despite the fact that a wind storm had come through the area and created an increased need for tree services. His bid was sent promptly and was detailed and an excellent price. The contracted date for service was met and the crew was outstanding. They were knowledgeable, did excellent work, and left the premises completely cleaned of debris. We would not hesitate to use them again.

He came out on time and was friendly and knowledgeable. He gave me an estimate for exactly what I asked him for. I got 5 estimates for the work and kept the requests exactly the same for each company for a fair price comparison. G&A and another company quoted the lowest prices out of the 5 total estimates. Another company wanted $1000. more another $800. more to do the same work! I chose the other company just because I felt they were the company I wanted to do business. (Just a gut thing when you meet and talk to someone and decide they are the one you are most comfortable doing business with) I would hire G&A in a minute though, nothing wrong with them and their price was good too.

Nothing done, no service received, and it cost me 350.00 for no service received.

I called to get an estimate on having our trees trimmed. They said they would be out Wednesday of the week I called. Needless to say, 4 weeks later, they still haven't shown up.

They contacted us by email the next business day after we purchased the Big Deal. They came out that week and did the work. Very fast, good work.

After 4 weeks of being lied to by another company who promised I'd be "on the schedule next week" multiple times, I started to look elsewhere and gave G&A a shot. Not only were the able to reliably come out within a week, but they were very professional when they arrived and affordable. They took my concerns into consideration and then did a beautiful job in a short amount of time. They also cleaned up well and did not damage my yard. The only criticism I have is I had trouble communicating with them early on to get a quote. He came out to the house to inspect and didn't get back to me until I contacted them twice a week later. Despite that, I'm overall a happy customer and will use them for my future tree service. Thank you!

Company originally gave me a 4 week estimate. They were responsive but I was surprised to learn that drive time was included in the 4 hour purchase. After 3 months of waiting to show I asked for a refund and it was sent to me soon after.

That went fine. It didn’t cost me extra. They were fine. He was friendly and easy. He got the job done.

Perfect! I was out of town that week end and when I returned, the tree was gone, the stump ground down and all debris and mess removed! My neighbor was so impressed they wanted to get their information as they are thinking of possibly removing some trees! They are my new go-to for tree removal!

I was very impressed by everyone who worked on this project, and even more impressed by how clean everything was left. Gavin was extremely kind and answered all of my questions, which were many. They did exactly what they said they would do , they worked efficiently and did a good job of cleaning up after the work was completed.

It went excellent and he gave me a great price. He was very responsive and let me know when my appointment was and they had to coordinate with the electrical company and took care of all that for me.

2 man team showed up with NO CHAINSAW. I was told they did not know what they were supposed to do for the job. I told them about the trees. I was told that when they contacted Gavin he said the the saw was being used somewhere else and they would need to return to do the job I had PREPAID for. They did do some whacking, weeding and general yard work and did a pretty good job. The crew was nice and respectful and I don't believe that they were being dishonest about not knowing about the specifics of the job. I still have not heard back from them. The first contact I had was with Gavin and he showed up at my house the next day after I had called. I don't think I had a call telling me he was showing up, he just showed up. I showed him the work and the trees and the brush that would require a saw. I know we had to postpone a few times due to rain, but after the rain on Good Friday I was insistent that he show up asap to the the job I had already paid for. He did say it may take 2 days, but I was not happy with the 1st. . experiance.

They did the job but I just didn’t feel like I got two for more. It was okay. The experience was fine but it just wasn’t as much as I expected. I got $250 worth but I didn’t get that double as far as I was concerned. He wasn’t really fond of the deal he got with Angie’s List. I’m just wasn’t that happy with it. The price wasn't what I thought. They did a good job. I tried to reach them once but I never got a reply.

This tree was a healthy 40 ft. pine but because of the close proximity to my neighbors, I wanted it cut down to alleviate any stressful situations that might occur in the future, like the tree getting struck by lightening or gusty winds blowing it down causing it to crash down on neighboring houses, fences or sheds. I contacted Gavin and within a week, even with all the snow, he went out and took a look at the tree, provided me an estimate and was out there in two days to have his crew cut it down. Turn around time was unbelievable! They don't mess around! I have a small yard and they took care not to drive through my flower beds, drive over the neighbor's bushes, or hit his privacy fence, hit any of my other trees, or hit my shed or my privacy fence! And this tree was located at the very back of my yard right smack next to the shed with the privacy fence right behind the tree; pretty much growing on top of it! It was tight quarters to say the least. But they got the job done and hauled the wood away that same day and what they couldn't get in the first load, they came back the very next day and picked up the rest. It didn't sit there for days. And my yard was left int good order as well. They also trimmed a maple tree a bit while they were there. Because of the snow, they were unable to grind the stump of the pine tree, but he will be back this spring/summer to do that when the weather allows. I found their estimate more than reasonable and competitive and I did call around before deciding on them. Gavin was a pleasure to work with and is very personable and professional. This was my first experience with them and I'm very, very satisfied with Gavin's operation and I would definitely recommend them, which I already have, and will use them in the future.

Used Angie's list special deal for one person for 4 hours ($240) or 2 persons for 2 hours each. Wanted 2 tall trees with small diameter removed. Price quote came back at over $500, so I decided to have them only take one tree down and remove. The tree had to come down in sections so it didn't hit the house or fence. This required some climbing. I don't know when exactly when they came and cut the tree down and removed it, but there was no damage and the site was cleaned up and the stump was cut close to the ground. Fantastic work. Much better than my neighbor who used someone else.
