I was impressed, from the first phone call to verify the package purchase, courteous, and professional through the actual repair work done. The employee who did the initial inspection was punctual and explained in detail what he was going to do. The actual repair work, again the employee showed up on time and completed the work in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Fusion roofing. Will definitely use them again for any type of roof work that I need done. Thanks for a great job done.

New aluminum wrap and j-channel were installed. Fusion was able to find the exact color of wrapping. Very professional workmanship. Fusion will be the 1st place I'll call for any siding problems in the future.

Fusion was the only contractor I called that came out and quoted within 1 day of my request. I planned to replace my house siding myself but my work schedule changed and I could not do it. Fusion used the materials I purchased which saved me a lot of aggravation. Other contractors refused to quote because I had the material. Fusion's pricing was fair. Their crew showed up exactly on time. They were courteous to my family and our neighbors. They played family friendly music and acted professional while they were here. They finished the siding on my entire house in 2 days, which is far quicker than I could have done it myself. Several issues were brought to my attention during the work and they offered opinions on what might work best, but allowed me to make the final call. Other contractors I have worked with in the past would have done what was easiest and I would have been left with the result. The quality of the job performed is great. We love it and my neighbors have commented on the new look of the house. Randy and his crew cleaned up the job site when they were done. It was a great experience all around. I already have neighbors asking for Fusion's phone number for roof and siding jobs they need performed.

Everything went really well. Drew is a real professional and very thorough in troubleshooting rooking issues. He really took the time get it right. The diagnosis and price was right one the mark. All repairs were done according to plan and I am very satisfied with everything Fusion roofing has done.

I dealt with another contractor to do my roof and gutters but the gutters were not completed or, as it turns out, done correctly. This review deals specifically with the box gutter. After contacting several contractors who could not finish the work I contacted Fusion. Drew scheduled a time for the estimate and was at my home on time, went on top of the porch to a**** the gutter and told me when to expect the quote. He was friendly and professional and the quote was delivered on time. I accepted the bid. He recognized the urgency in getting the repair done before the weather turned cold and the leaking gutter would allow ice to form on my steps and porch. Kevin called early the next day and a date and time was scheduled for the repair. He told me what needed to be done and the job would take most of the day. He was held up in traffic on the scheduled date but called and told me he was on the way. I'm sure it was valid based on news reports of accidents on the freeways that morning. He was less than an hour late and When he arrived he set up and went to work. He was also friendly and professional. The job took all of the morning and went well into the afternoon. He pointed out areas that were not done properly and areas that were not done at all. I got an education about box gutters this year. They require someone with skill and craftsmanship to work on them. Its a dying craft and finding people with it is getting harder find. I believe my gutter was done to a high standard by a craftsman that takes pride in his work! I recommend this company.

I had 3 different roofing companies provide me quotes for the job. Fusion was similary priced with another, but 25% less than the most expensive. Our house had a new roof installed by the previous owner on about 2/3 of the roof but the metal roof still was in place on parts of the house painted with aluminum fiber paint and box gutters. I wanted a consistent look to the house -i.e tear out old roof and replace to match the rest of the house, replace box gutters around porch and then on another piece of the roof remove box gutters entirely and replace with modern hanging gutters. The job was done as expected, and just as importantly they did an A+ job of cleaning up the job site. Too many roofers leave too much trash (especially nails) - not so with Fusion. I found that their communication was good and having dealt with box gutters for over 10 years on a different house I really like the way the finished the job.

Fusion was excellent! All the repairs were made on time and with high quality materials. The job was completed in the time promised, and every evening the crew cleaned up the area and their supplies. I was very happy with Fusion and intend to use them again in a couple years when we need to have the rest of our roof re-shingled.
