Fuller Computer Solutions, Inc. They are under new ownership. They will jerk people around and get backed up have you hanging out. I have nothing good to say about them. I found them my listening to their computer show on the radio and I trusted them and I would spend 25 minutes traveling from home to their offices to have my computer worked on over the years and they always gave me reasonable service, great service, wonderful people. I even had them come to my home once. This was going on for five, six years. But of late, of last year I think they are under some new management and they got so backed up, it was a temporary situation, but they disadvantaged me so badly and I had to wind up taking my computer before everything that I asked them to do got done because I turned in my computer on December 7th of 2012 and by January 7th it still wasn't fixed. I turned in both my laptop and my desktop because I wanted the most up to date Word loaded on both systems. But I also wanted them checked for viruses and that kind of thing, they kept stalling, they wouldn't give me a real time line and I had to initiate a call after not hearing from them for ten days. Typically when I turned in my computer in the past I would hear within 48 hours. What the problem was, what their estimate cost was, but not this last experience. They kept saying they were short staffed or whatever. I'm never going back to Fuller, I can tell you that.

I was totally disappointed with their services. It was the first time that I used them and it would be the last. I took a computer which the hard drive had crashed and they destroyed it. They provided with disc for Operating System were packed copies, so I was wondering if I should return the disc over to Microsoft and they would be out of business. They had wiped out everything in the drive and suddenly one person decided that it would be better to send me a new drive.

The wok was about 4-5 years ago, but it was good. Everything was just as I had expected.

The experience went very well overall.

Overall, the experience was good. They were very helpful, polite, willing to work with the customer, and they know what they’re doing. I still have to follow-up with them on one issue with the picture data, but the technician (Sean) is willing to check it out at no charge. They have great technicians and equipment.

They’re not close to me, but I got connected with them by listening to their radio show. The owners seemed to be so helpful to people that called in with computer problems. They took the time to explain everything and were very thorough. They’re reasonable and the turn-around time is good. They take the time to explain what they’ve done, and if I have any questions, they’re available by phone (the actual technicians that do the work). They’re a good company, and I’d recommend them to anybody.

I’ve gone there several times. The last time had been awhile back, about three years, but from what I recall, they did a good job. Their price was reasonable. I was satisfied with the work. There was one problem that they didn’t resolve, but it was definitely my fault since I hadn’t made them aware of it. I’d suggest writing out all the problems, and giving them as much detail as possible! I’d use their services again.

I think they’re very good. They diagnosed my computer, explained things to me and were very professional. Their price wasn’t too expensive and was reasonable. Sometimes they’re really busy. He can even come out to your home. You can also call them and they might be able to help you out over the phone, which is convenient. They’re very friendly and nice!

It was a few years ago, but the experience was great. They fixed my computer at a reasonable price. The technician was also pleasant to deal with. They did a good job overall.

My husband has used them several times and trusts them. They are a small company which is very honest and takes the time to route the issues out and straighten something out without trying to sell you all kinds of stuff. We will use them again in the future.

I was in the IT business when I was working. They really seemed to know what they were doing and were very effective in fixing problems. They were very fair.

It was a one hour job and they charge me the minimum amount. I think they did a really good job. I liked the good quality of the repair work and that they came out when they said they were going to be able to come out which was fairly soon after I called them. Their pricing was a little bit high.

We took our computer for Staples for a tune up and ended up having the mother board replaced. In the process they didn't install the necessary drivers. Fuller computers diagnosed the problems and fixed them.

They are wonderful. Their prices are reasonable and they are prompt and courteous. They always do what they say they are going to do. They also give good advice about alternative solutions to problems. They let you know if something is impractable, or if something is too expensive. They service all brands of computers. I had an old dial up computer, that fuller repaired. They told me that the repair may not last past a couple of months. THeir work lasted 3 years!

JOHN IS VERY THOROUGH AND A REALLY NICE GUY. THE ENTIRE GROUP IS PLEASANT AND HELPFUL. THEY ALSO HAVE PATIENCE AND ANSWER QUESTIONS THAT MIGHT SEEM DUMB. THEY OFFER HELPFUL SUGGESTIONS AND DELIVER ON TIME. I KNOW I WILL UTILIZE THEIR SERVICES AGAIN.
