Description of Work: Mark did a fantastic job on our bathroom. We had an almost full gut job including lots of tile work, raising and finishing the drop ceiling, new sink and fixtures, and correcting our sagging floor. Mark was easily accessible if we ever had a question. He kept our house super clean and clutter- free. He gave us an estimate and timeline that was accurate. This was our only bathroom, so it was much appreciated that the work was done quickly. Some of the other estimates that we got were WAY above what Mark quoted us-- but I do not feel like we settled for any less in the way of quality or attention. We are really pleased with the look and craftsmanship of the work that was done and would not hesitate to refer him to anyone. It is apparent that such good work comes from a great deal of experience.

Description of Work: Feldhaus Home Improvement completed a variety of projects around my house. Mark reviewed the work with me several times to be sure he had all the details. the work included finishing a laundry room in the basement, finishing a bathroom remodel (plumbing and tile reglaze done by someone else) hanging a light fixture in the dining room, and skim coating my concrete front porch steps. I was very happy with the end result. Mark did little "extras" to make the end product its best. He also agreed to pick up my light fixtures when they came in while I was on vacation so as not to slow down the job. he is hardworking and trustworthy as well. I will definitely use again.

PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY EVEN AFTER PLAYING PHONE TAG WITH ME AS I WAS HARD TO REACH DUE TO ME BEING OUT OF TOWN A LOT.
