Paid for a repair. Victor came, claimed it was some sort of circuit board. They replaced it. The machine still didn’t work. I informed him as such. He ghosted us until I threaten to sue and leave reviews. This was his reply “I've been through this before and I can counter sue you for slander I don't know who you guys think you are but you did not want to mess with me either just do your best though”

Came as a third party repair person to fix a refrigerator seal. Did not bring all the needed tools to seat it back properly as the seal needs to be heated to regain it's shape after being shipped. He used my hair dryer!! Seal was installed backwards and I only realized after about a week of trying to retrain it to lay flat. Contacted Victor through text and tried to set up a time which he made sound very inconvenient for him as he is coming from Kentucky. Only just found out he's actually on 30 minutes from my house so lied but not surprising after my experience with him. Finally agreed to do it on Friday that next week as he's only in my area then. Suddenly my child ended up sick and I text him immediately but got no answer. Next day he shows up a half hour before he was supposed to. At 7:55 he's banging on my door. Wife calls me in a panic and asks me to call him. So I do but no answer. I text him no answer. Finally he texts me back saying I have to call Square Trade to get a new ticket issued so I do. Next Monday new ticket is issued so I text him. No answer again. So i wait till Tuesday and text him again but no response so I call him. No voicemail set up. So I look him up now online and find his second number so I call it. Finally I get a text. which read as follows, "Please don't call me anymore I canceled the ticket or rejected whichever one because I stood at your front door and banged and banged and watch someone in the kitchen just look at me so they'll have to find someone else." Avoid this business!!!! I now have to have square trade assign me another tech. I only hope they are better. Just can't believe an owner would treat his customers so poorly and avoid contact with them. None of his numbers allow you to leave a message.

Terrible! Feeney Bros technician said he needed to order parts. After 2 weeks of waiting, i attempted many times to contact them. Finally after 4 weeks, a technician came here and changed out numerous parts. Microwave still does not work. As technician was leaving, he informed me that he specializes in washers and dryers and the Company should probably send someone who knows microwaves. During my last call to Feeney Bros they informed me that the microwave just couldn't be repaired. Now we have a microwave installed above our stove that doesn't work and Home Depot suggesting that they may just have to refund our money. WHAT!!!!!!!!!!!
