They were very professional and they went over all our options, they explained everything well, they were on time and they did a great job. I had the block out blinds which was kind of expensive. I got a 10-year guarantee and if we ever sell the house that passes along with it and I thought that was great. If there is any problem with anything they said to call and they will come out but I haven’t had any problems.

They did an excellent job-very professional. The job could not have been done better.They did the job a little sooner than was originally estimated,for our convenience.

All communications with Apollo, whether in person or email, were handled by courteous professional individuals. Appointments were confirmed by email with a photo of the person who would be arriving. That was a first for me in dealing with any company and I appreciated knowing just who would be at my door. The draperies were completed and installed earlier than I anticipated and the results are beautiful. Would definitely call Apollo again for their excellent products and service.

Tina met with me at my home and discussed my needs and tastes, and carefully measured the windows that I wanted dressed. She gave me estimates on the price for each room, from low-end to high-end, and when I agreed to the price range, she brought in a huge selection of swatches for me to look through. I chose a beautiful silk for the living room and dining room and a less expensive fabric for the two bedrooms. She educated me on how I'd need to be especially careful with the silk fabric, explained the time-line and their guarantee and gave me a window of time to change my mind. When the drapes were ready for installation, Mr Engdahl called to set up an appointment, and I explained that I would be at work, but gave directions on how they could be installed while I was at work. Their son, Ryan, did the installation, and left a nice note explaining what he had done. The drapes are beautiful and really enhance my home, and Ryan did a wonderful job putting up new curtain rods and hanging the drapes and matching Roman shades. I'm happy I went with a very professional, highly rated provider, and it's clear that they are a very committed family business.

From my initial call to exciting windows! by Apollo to the installation of my valences, I felt like my preferences and business mattered to this company. The follow-up to my initial call happened within 24 hours and an appointment was scheduled within the next 10 days. Tina spent considerable time getting to know a little about us, our home style/furnishings/colors, and our price range for the project. She presented my examples of valences made for customers by the company and also a picture of a wall of valences in a limited types of fabrics that helped narrow our style preferences (really like this!). She had ample samples of fabrics and trims and readily put these right next to our windows so we could visualize what they would like next to our walls and furnishings. She helped us narrow down the possibilities, but purposely left the final decision to us, for which I commend her. Installation occurred within the time frame stated by Tina; Ryan (I think) was on-time, efficient, and even steamed the valences to ensure they looked great. The use of an ipad for the selection process and billing was very thorough and efficient, much preferred over doing the same activities in a showroom. We are very pleased with our new valances and the entire experience in working with exciting windows! by Apollo!

Everyone I had contact with at this company was friendly, helpful, professional, knowledgeable, courteous and prompt. I was very satisfied with the quality of the workmanship and the service I received.

The process was easy and painless, workmanship gorgeous, quality of material very good, and I am very pleased. Apollo has done 2 other jobs for me prior to this, and I would highly recommend them.

One of the employees was overseeing the whole job. There was a small area that was messed up and it has been an inconveniences for me ever since. They changed the hardware and they covered up an outlet that I use quite often. I would give them a B-.

Tina Engdahl is a lovely, talented, knowledgeable, creative individual. She turned a rather drab space into an especially beautiful space...while incorporating our ideas into the plan. The workmanship of the draperies and the blinds that we ordered is impeccable, and installation was awesome to witness. It was a wholly enjoyable experience. We sincerely love the final result and highly recommend Tina and this company.

It was a free estimate. I liked their knowledge of their products but I didn't go with them because we changed our mind and decided to go with another project.

They are gorgeous. The ordering process was perfect.

When they came in, they were a yellow sheer and not the white sheers I had ordered. They did not work with me. I had the order form in front of me and the number on the fabric did not match the # on the order form. I still had the swatch and even when they came out they stood firm and would not budge. I ended up ordering two sets of drapes from them and paid for both sets.

They were great. I brought the blinds to him. I was happy with the price.

All appointments were exactly on time and, importantly,the times were adjusted to my convenience. Tina is the best consultant and designer that I have had in my home..............she showed me many designs and different approaches to choose from as well as color and fabric..........all beautiful and wonderful.............not your "department store" choices. Measurements must have been very accurate, as the finished draperies were exactly what I envisioned and wanted. The quality and workmanship were exactly as promised . I plan on future business with Apollo......this is for sure!!!

The work turned out pretty good. However, I feel the price was too expensive for what I got. They were very nice people. I am going to be hiring them for drapery cleaning.

The work was absolutely superb! The first time they came out for a consultation for us to choose the materials. They additionally came out for adjustments and the installation. We couldn’t get the drapes to hang right so they even came out a third time for adjustments. They are fantastic and we would recommend them to anyone.
