Description of Work: They did exactly what they said and I am very happy with the product and the installation. It seemed VERY expensive, but I did not get other bids, so I do not have a good reference point. They also did not itemize the bill, so I took them at their word. They initially went a bit far afield in their initial pitch, trying to grab a bigger piece of the overall decorating budget, but that is what all of the home décor providers do, and hey, it's America! I am very satisfied, so I guess you get what you pay for. I would recommend and use them again.

Description of Work: I purchased blinds for a den with lots of floor to ceiling windows, and window treatments for a bedroom. In addition, they took down some curtains to be cleaned. The communication was excellent and the job was very efficiently carried out.

We couldn’t get the drapes to hang right so they even came out a third time for adjustments. They are fantastic and we would recommend them to anyone.

+ 0 moreThey are fabulous and they couldn’t have been any better! They took down the drapes, cleaned them, and hung them back up. They are very professional, on time, quick, efficient, and Dale does an excellent job with hanging. Their prices are also competitive. They were really able to recommend me the perfect shade of draperies. When Dale’s wife came over, she explained that I wanted a specific color because the light would come through it perfectly. The color was white to match my white woodwork. I get more compliments on the shades and patio curtains. Everyone comments on how beautiful they are. I highly recommend their services to anyone and some have contacted them after seeing the work that they completed for me.
Description of Work: I purchased Hunter-Douglas shades from them. One of shades was to darken the room and the others are silhouette. I recently had them take down all of my drapes and cleaned them.
