 + 6 moreI liked the payment plan. We paid 1/3 down. The second 1/3 was paid at the middle of the job and the remaining amount was due at the end of the job. They did get delayed a few days due to bad weather, but made up the work in order to complete the job on schedule. All the subcontractors that Evans hired were polite and did a fantastic job. They really did an outstanding job overall. We did not have one single problem and haven't since the job was finished. We would definitely hire them again. Fair price too.
Description of Work: Constructed a new room in the basement. 8' x 25'. Provided all the electrical work-canned lighting, dimmer switch, outlets, cable access and phone jack. Did all the drywall and painting. Built a closet with custom shelving and clothes hanging bar. Installed the subflooring, carpet padding and carpet. Picked up the carpet and all the paint. Did some minor drywall and repair and painting in the other finished part of the basement due to a washer above leaking.
