+ -1 moreTechnician did a good job. Seemed to be experienced, fixed problem quickly. The only negative was that I was given a window of 12:00 - 4:00 and did not recieve a call that they were running past that. I called to check and make sure they were still coming at 4:00. Was assured that they were and they did show up around 4:30 or so. I gave a "C" rating for punctuality for that reason. If they had called me to give me an update, they would have gotten straight A's
