+ -1 moreIn regards to our original property there was no cost because the house was not sold. However, Emily did everything possible to make that happen. She was very personable yet professional. She responded quickly to emails and phone calls and worked very closely with my husband and I when it was time to make our offer on our new home. She was a pleasure to work with and I was very pleased with her service.
Description of Work: We put our house on the market with Emily in approximately April 2011. She first came to our house and gave us many suggestions on how to best prepare our house for sale. Our house was not in a desirable market area but somehow she was able to get a number of prospective buyers into our home. One even made an offer on the house but it was simply not feasible. The house was not sold and we now rent it out, but this is a reflection of the market not Emily. Our house hunt was, of course, much easier and much more rewarding. She took us around to many houses and seemed to be very familiar with our area even though she was from the west side of Cincinnati and we lived and were looking on the east side. We were very demanding and wanted to look at houses multiple times and at a moments notice which she always accommodated. Her advice on making an offer were sound and I was able to buy MY DREAM HOME thanks to her help.

+ -1 moreShe is wonderful. She is very thorough. She worked out the entire portfolio of homes for us to look at to determine the best price. She has been very quick with feedback from people who looked at the house from the other realtors, making suggestions. I talk to her two or three times a week. She keeps great contact. She is very knowledgeable. She isn't from my part of town, but she has made herself knowledgeable very quickly. I highly recommend her. Her fees are competitive.
