Description of Work: Electra Sound TV was the repair provider assigned to us through hh gregg for our TV's extended service plan. Our 65 in. TV had no sound. We had called about the TV in late September. The repairman finally came November 18, 2011. The repairman who arrived said that he could not lift, or even turn the TV on it's stand to reach the back because it was company policy. I had to get someone to move the TV for him to work on it. He told us it needed a new main board and that he would order it. When he came the 2nd time he looked at the TV and said the only thing wrong was that we had the cable going through the stereo system and he wrote on his report that the TV was "OK". I explained we had to have the stereo because the TV had no sound! The repairman said "no one told me that" and he just left. He didn't even put in the part that he was supposed to have with him. The company had ordered a part speculating what was wrong. However I never saw the part. We had to call again to get the repairman back out here. The next time he came, he had the wrong part again and it was obvious it was a very used part. He looked at the TV, never touched it, and said that he had the wrong part and would have to re-order. The same repairman came out two more times with wrong parts. Finally, I got behind the TV, took a picture of the part, wrote down the numbers that were stamped on the part, and searched for the correct part on the TV web site. Next morning I called the supervisor and e-mailed him the picture of the part and the part number. Each time this repairman came out he became more and more rude and arrogant and curt. It was obvious he didn't want to come back & fix the TV. He didn't seem to care if he ever got the TV fixed. After six (6) trips out here he finally came with the correct part and installed it February 27,2012.

Description of Work: Correctly diagnosed power supply problem in about ten minutes on the first trip. Ordered new part from Sony, and installed two days after first call.
