EcoPure

This was an excellent cleaning service for half the price and twice the work of a nationally know brand that I tried first. Also, I have two members of my household have respiratory issues, and have been on oxygen. Eccopure used cleaning products that did not irritated any respiratory issues, asthma, COPD. They were very kind.

I really like that I feel that I can trust the lady who usually cleans for us. I also love that they don't mind my dog hanging around and getting in the way. They are very nice people and all the employees at EcoPure care about making sure we are happy with our service. They are a very professional business. Another nice feature is that they gain access to my apartment via our management so I don't have to worry about whether I need to be home or not to let them in. I'm loving the fact that I don't usually need to spend my free time doing routine cleaning of my apartment anymore.

I have seen Stacy and her Ecopure team work magic. More than one stain removed from carpet, walls cleaned, stove cleaned, floors which sparkle, beds get made and house gets tidied up.

Most everything was cleaned extremely well, the few little things that were missed were taken care of the very next day, the team came back and re-did what I asked with a positive attitude.

They showed up early and were very professional. Debra and Kyla took their time cleaning the areas of my home (kitchen and bathrooms) as I requested. I have not seen a better system of cleaning. Plus the green cleaning leave you feeling so refreshed and not contaminated! The deep clean was very detailed. The man who did my estimate was such a gentleman too! Rodney was such a wonderful man. He followed up after they girls were done and thank me for having them in my home. I have recommended them to 3 of my friends already!

We fired them: they were terrible. I found them through Angie's List. The woman who runs it is very nice but she is all over the place. She doesn't know how to run a business with her billing. She forgets to bill and then you get a bill for, like, a huge amount. Finally she figures it out and reconciles her books. She did that more than once. Her staff is high turnover so you never got consistency. Things that you negotiated to be done were never done. It was actually the worst housecleaning; I can't believe I wasted my money for it. It is nothing personal against her because she was always professional and responsive. But her company and her staff, I don't even think they really clean. I even vacuumed my son's room and filled up two canisters of dust. I don't think they ever vacuumed in there. They weren't the cheapest either. They weren't expensive. You are not getting your money's worth. I had to play a flat rate per visit. I think I paid $140 per time. She tried to apologize for her bookkeeping issues but it didn't matter anyway. Her services stunk. We liked her because she used green products, that was the only thing. But I don't think the staff cleaned. They were not always on time. The owner was very professional. I am not grading her staff because I did not get to see them half the time. I would not recommend them to anybody.

Prior to the visit from Stacy, I was in email communication with Tina to set up the visit. It took 8 email exchanges for the visit to be set up, which seemed like a lot because there was nothing especially complicated about scheduling from my end, but I was willing to overlook it because I really appreciated the company's commitment to using non-toxic, eco-friendly cleaners. Stacy came out and did an excellent job of walking through the house with me, educating me on how the company does things, and taking thorough notes. I was confident that EcoPure would do a great job for us. I received the estimate and the cost was comparable to other cleaning companies. Given their attention to non-toxic cleaners, I was all in for scheduling a cleaning and getting Stacy's crew out to our house. After 3 more email exchanges, the last one saying, "I will be back with you as soon as possible," no one ever got back to me to schedule an every-4-weeks cleaning service. I would like to think that EcoPure does excellent work. Stacy was great to talk to, and I love the company commitment to non-toxic cleaners. However, I am disappointed that after spending so much time emailing, a cleaning service was never scheduled. I ended up hiring another cleaning company that said they use non-toxic cleaners and clearly do not. I guess good service is hard to find.

We had new carpet put down in a rental apartment which stirred up some dust and dirt that we wanted cleaned up for the tenants. I contacted EcoPure asking for a one time cleaning ASAP hoping not to inconvenience the tenants any longer than necessary. They were able to fit us in and Kelley from EcoPure came out to clean. The tenant reports that Kelley was great and did a great job cleaning. EcoPure also followed up with us to make sure everything went well. In every aspect, EcoPure did a fantastic job and I will certainly use them again when the need arises.

Everything went very well. My contact was Josh, who called and then came to the house to see the space and make sure he understood what I had in mind. He was easy to work with, asked good questions, gave needed information and accommodated my re-scheduling due to a family urgent care event. The cleaning team arrived on time and did a wonderful job cleaning the room as well as a few extra items that I had forgotten at the meeting with Josh. The time required to complete the room was longer than estimated but there was no increase in the price, which was very reasonable. The two women who cleaned were cheerful, pleasant and very hard workers. They were a bright spot in my day. The natural cleaning products created a very clean and fresh aroma, not overpowering at all, just the sense of clean. I didn't look for natural cleaning products to start with but I am pleased with the results. I would use this company again, not only for cleaning in the traditional sense but also for upholstery and carpet cleaning.

It looked like they had worked on the gum (which was in three places) for a long time. He previously said they would be able to get it out. They were not able to get it completely out. Overall, the carpet cleaning was not bad at all. There were a few things they did not even touch when cleaning. They did an unsatisfactory job on what they did do.

I was impressed by the Angie's List reviews for EcoPure, so I had high expectations. I called and spoke with Stacey toward the end of April and we made plans for her to come to my home on Friday, April 26 to do a walk through so she could give me a price on her housecleaning services. My husband took time off of work to stay at home, but nobody showed up and nobody even bothered to call. I called Stacey again on Monday, April 29. She apologized for missing the planned Friday meeting. I asked her if she could come that afternoon and she said she thought she could. She was supposed to call me back to confirm, but never did and nobody showed up again. This company is extremely unprofessional and non-responsive. Complete waste of my time.

From the very start, I had an amazing experience with EcoPure. Almost immediately after I sent an inquiry, Stacy Do, the company owner contacted me back, even though it was the week before Thanksgiving. Stacy came to my house at my convenience for a meeting so we could discuss my wishes/hopes/expectations as well as what EcoPure offers and how their business works. She really took her time to explain the way her service works, and we went room to room to discuss what they would offer on a typical service (they dust the ceiling fans every time!), and so I could specify anything. As Stacy said: what I consider clean is not the same thing as what my husband considers clean, which is not the same as what she considers clean. At first I didn't think that this detailed a walk-through would be necessary, but it turned out to be really helpful in understanding which areas of my house accumulate dust, and what they could do for us. Stacy even made a few suggestions and honest observations about where we were collecting dust, and some easy things I could change, which I really appreciated (cutting down on the millions of bottles and tubes on an open shelf in the bathroom..) . After getting a sense of my household (chaotic, an old house with lots of books and a couple of young boys + lots of friends tramping through),Stacy priced out the cleaning room by room and sent me a very flexible set of options. I took the option of breaking up the deep clean into 3 visits over 3 weeks, each focusing on a specific zone. This approach really brought the house back under control after at least a year of serious dust build up (our old cleaning person had a personal-life meltdown and went from coming intermittently and doing a distracted job to disappearing all together; I tidied and wiped up but didn't keep up with the deep cleaning..). After the deep cleaning, the house has never looked so good! It's like a totally different house! Even the kids and my husband noticed and appreciated how good it looks. EcoPure use only green cleaning products; they have state-of-the-art dust abating vacuums and they gently steam the hardwood floor every time. The same person cleans our house every time. She is fantastic and seems to have a good relationship with Stacy. Stacy is easy to communicate with and very responsive. We could not be happier. This is a great family-owned local business that treats their employees well and treats their clients like gold. We have enthusiastically recommended them to friends

I would recommend EcoPure. The team who cleans my house does a great job of cleaning - paying attention to details. Very flexible. I also like that they only use natural products.

I was initially attracted to EcoPure because the company uses all natural, non-toxic cleaning agents, which owner Stacy Do manufactures herself. After speaking with Stacy on the phone, I felt confident that she and her team would provide exactly what I needed. And I was right! My home never looked or smelled so clean! The team of three women was professional, thorough, friendly, and considerate. Stacy was a delight to work with, very flexible with scheduling to accommodate several delays on our end. She came to our home with her team to ensure they knew exactly what my expectations were and to give them a few directives based on our conversation. I would highly recommend EcoPure, and am very grateful to Angie's List for helping me find Stacy.

I had been unable to keep up with regular (and complete) cleaning of my house lately and looked at Angie's List for housecleaning services. After going through reviews and websites of dozens of companies in detail, EcoPure seemed like the most promising, except that they were located a bit far away. I contacted them anyway (via email) and got a prompt reply from Stacy indicating that she didn't provide regular cleanings in my area (yet), but could do occasional deep cleaning. I fired off several questions regarding the deep-cleaning service (scope, cost, process, number of people, pet-friendliness, etc). Stacy not only provided prompt and detailed answers, but also asked very intelligent (and detailed) questions of her own regarding my house, needs, pets, allergies, etc. I had some concerns about her steam process on my engineered-wood floor and duraceramic tile. Stacy actually researched the manufacturers' websites and assured me that the process would be ok. Just to be on the safe side, she said that she would spot-test the surfaces before cleaning. I was very impressed by her shared interest in gathering as much relevant info as possible up front and minimizing surprises down the road. She scheduled a time to accommodate my desire to be present during the cleaning so I could manage my dogs while her crew was working.On the day of the cleaning, her crew was delayed by power outages with other clients, so Stacy informed me via email that they would be a bit late, and gave me an updated time. That was very considerate and professional, I hate waiting! Stacy and her crew arrived punctually at the revised time and went to work right away. They worked non-stop for about 3-1/2 hours and the house felt much better when they were done. Their attention to detail was very reassuring and their use of non-toxic natural cleaners was great!The cost was exactly what she had quoted, so no surprises there, even though she cleaned a portion of a room that was not part of the original scope. I believe that any business transaction should provide a fair exchange of value to both sides, so I tried to make sure that Stacy was not short-changing herself because of her long drive to my place. She said that she had a firm policy of not charging for travel time/distance.Overall, a great experience from start to end. Stacy's professional attitude and attention to detail will surely help her business be very successful. I hope she decides to come back in a couple of months for the next deep cleaning!

They are wonderful. I like that they use all natural products, which they make themselves. I like their attention to detail. I feel my house is really clean. They take care of things like baseboards and chandeliers.

They do a fabulous job. It's the best thing I've ever done.
