In short, it was a frustrating experience. The minor repairs they initially made did not fix the leak. They returned to do additional work to fix the leak when the first attempt didn't work, and at no charge, but I have very little confidence that it worked (and won't know until we get a few torrential rains). Regardless, my impression was that they did not take it very seriously, took a lazy approach to the initial inspection and repair job, were somewhat defensive when informed that the initial repair didn't work (despite eventually making a second attempt at no charge), and generally didn't give me confidence that they had been thorough.

We were very pleased with his work because of his attention to detail. He showed up when he said he was going to and completed when he said he was going to. He cleaned up, and everything just looks great. He was very professional. I asked him about other options that were mentioned in the contract and he said, in his opinion, we really don't need that because of the area and the type of weather we get. We could go for the extra options, but we really don't need them. He was very honest and upfront. We changed something at the last minute and he had no problem. He gave us his professional opinion.

The price ended up being $130 higher than quoted, but they did a great job so I didn't mind overpaying for quality. I would recommend them.

PLEASE THINK REALLY CAREFULLY BEFORE HIRING THIS COMPANY. BOTH REPAIRS THEY DID WERE A DISASTER. ELBOWS WERE INSTALLED SO SHODDILY THAT ONLY AN INCH WAS LEFT IN DOWNSPOUT FOR WATER, SO IT CAME THROUGH WALL, RUINED PLASTER, AND CAUSED MOLD TO GROW. THEY DENIED IT WAS THEIR FAULT; SAID PROBLEM WAS IN MY BASEMENT. WHEN I INSISTED, THEY SAID THEY WOULD COME OUT AND INSPECT. A WEEK LATER I GOT A BILL FOR $100 FOR THE SUPPOSED INSPECTION THAT I KNOW NEVER TOOK PLACE BECAUSE I WAS HOME. WHEN IT KEPT LEAKING I CALLED ANOTHER ROOFER AND WITNESSED INSPECTION. THE ELBOW WAS SHOVED HALFWAY INTO DOWNSPOUT; 1/2 CUP OF LEAVES WAS ALL IT TOOK TO TOTALLY CLOG. ON THE OTHER REPAIR, CEILING WHICH HAD NEVER LEAKED, POURED WATER THE DAY AFTER THEY 'FIXED' IT. EVEN THOUGH THEY CAME RIGHT AWAY AND RE-DID THE REPAIR, IT NOW LEAKS WORSE IN SAME PLACE 2 MONTHS LATER, SO I KNOW THEY STILL DIDN'T DO IT RIGHT. I KNOW I SHOULD FORCE THEM TO MAKE GOOD ON THIS WORK, BUT I DO NOT TRUST THEM, SO I'VE HIRED SOMEONE E

THIS IS A VERY THOROUGH COMPANY THAT OBVIOUSLY TAKES A LOT OF PRIDE IN THEIR WORK. WELL DONE!!
