Expensive but responded quickly and did a good job.
Description of Work: Extracted water from carpet area approx 7 x 8 foot. Pulled carpet up in one corner and ran floor fan for 3 days. Came back and tucked carpet back down and cleaned carpet($344.00). Charged extra to move furniture and use of floor fan ($124). Customer used own dehumidifier or would have been extra charge for that.

Mr. Staley did an excellent job in taking care of and eliminating A LOT of water from all of the areas, then left high-powered fans to continue. He was very prompt, professional, efficient and personable. I deeply appreciated his promptness in responding to the mess and have already recommended him to several acquaintances.
Description of Work: The claims adjuster from insurance company highly recommended Mr. Staley. He was called late in the day & came promptly the next morning to my office condominium. The pediatrician's water heater had rusted out in the condo above me (due to negligence/lack of maintenance) flooding my audiological room, secretarial office & a long hallway.
