real estate appraisal
+ -1 moreAbout 6 weeks after the first appraisal, Patrick Doyle decided he wanted $150 to change the name on the report. Citing that he would have to revisit the property. I know this charge is excessive for the minimal amount of time this "reappraisal" would take. He took advantage of me knowing it would cost more to have the appraisal completely redone.
Description of Work: Patrick Doyle was sent to our house in June 2007 to complete an appraisal commissioned by the bank. We paid $350 for this real estate appraisal. We opted to not use that bank (long story) and began the loan process with another bank, who needed their name at the top of the appraisal.
