House cleaning, and some Office cleaning. Initial cleans, regular cleans, every week, every 2-weeks, once a month, and 1 time cleans. Clean outs when moving out, or moving into a new home. Bathroom, Kitchen, Dusting, Vacumming, Mopping.
Great! They always do a nice job and are very reliable. This time they did an additional deep clean for not a lot more than usual rate. Julie and Kaitlin are very professional and easy to work with.
Description of Work: Cleaned bathrooms, kitchen counters and sink, vacuumed entire house, mopped all floors, dusted furniture, dusted and cleaned window sills. Last time they performed additional deep clean which included: cleaning fridge, baseboards, cabinet fronts, dusted ceiling fans, removed cobwebs from corners and ceilings.

I have a home that I rent out so I need reliable people to clean it, especially when I am out of town. When I first started using Julie, she was with the House Guy and then went out on her own. Her prices went up by $10 which means I was paying $25 an hour at the end. She increased the prices and I was not informed as it was not indicated on the invoices when I would actually get one. The work was good with a few issues along the way, however, as her company expanded, the quality of the work went down hill. I would not have any problem paying $25 an hour if the work was justified. The cleaning crew went from 2 that clean at a time to 3 at times which means they do not have enough time to get the sheets and towels dry and leave them in the dryer. This has been a long standing problem as they rush to get the house clean and want to get out and on to the next home. This last cleaning as are most of my cleanings are 4 hours of work but they complete it in sometimes less than 2 hours since 2 or 3 people are cleaning at a time. This is why they do not have time to wait for the linens and towels to dry and leave them in the dryer. I had to explain many times to her that I cannot have towels and sheets left in the dryer as this is a rental and if I am paying for 4 hours of cleaning that they should at least not leave until the linens and towels are put away. I even have back ups of both. I had someone look at the property while they were there and Julie told me that the reason they were not put away and left in the dryer was because she had to show the people the house, which I did not ask her to do, and that I was lucky that she even came because it has been bad weather and they almost did not make it up the hill, and that my dryer did not work, yet the sheets and towels were dry in the dryer and the dryer is working fine for me and my last tenant. The other excuse was that my tenants did not start a load of wash so they ran out of time. I asked if this was going to be an on going problem with the sheets or should I find someone else, she told me to find someone else. I talked to her on the phone as well and had to ask her to keep her voice down and she insinuated that I am picky and that I always seem to have a problem. Asking to have towels and liens removed from the dryer before they leave I do not think is asking to much. I would let them know a few things that were missed at times like the inside of the refrigerator and fireplace but I tell them nicely and just a reminder to be aware of for next time. But I explained to her that I get reviews on my rental website so if the house is not in good shape, and people come into my house to rent, and have to fold towels and linens and the place has a few missed spots then it affects my business and is very unprofessional. The work that is done is good, but some things over looked at times so it is best that if you use this company that you are in town and even better yet, able to be there during the cleaning to make sure things are not over looked. And if you have rental properties this is def not the cleaning service that you will want to use unless you are OK with your tenants folding the sheets and towels from your previous tenant. I manage 5 properties in Florida and the service that I use there have no problems getting the house in order in 2 hours with 2 people working and one of the homes has 3 bedrooms. I am actually sorry to have to write this review as at one time she did great work when working for the House Guy. So I am very disappointed about this, how this situation was handled and the lack of professionalism.
Description of Work: I have known the owner of this company for many years. I found her with the House Guys. She did a really good job cleaning when working for the company. She went out on her own and unfortunately the prices went up and the quality of work went down. Prior to the work going down I had referred her to many people but would not do so in the future.

We have had on-going issues with [Member name removed] the property owner. Always cleaning for her last minute and always did a good job. She even sent me a text for this last clean -saying we did a great job- house looks great. until she found the Sheets in dryer, I told her about the issue with her Dryer and told her we could try and get back sometime. Her dryer wont stay on when you push the botton. She never explained this to us.We had to come back a seperate time to figure out how to turn dryer on. We dont have an extra hour to wait for her dryer to work, dry then fold. I texted her when she would be back in town bc she said she would back soon. She texted me when she was in town and never told me she had an issue, until last min. When she found the sheets in dryer. She said she had to cancel her plans that evening bc she had to do laundry. Sounds to me she is not a good landlord and only comes in town when needed. She always was confused about how many hours we worked there. She expects her cleaning people to run her business while she lives in Florida. We have always been straight forward with her always about how much she owes. Sending invoices with how many hours per person etc. She also would text and e-mail at all timesof the evening. 2 am Very unprofessional! We will never work with her in the future. We had on-going issues with her in the past.She would have us check her meters, show her house for her and expected no pay for our time. I called her upset bc I had explained to her about the dryer situation. Texting me like I hadnt even addressed the issue. She is only worried about getting bad reviews on her own website.l will never refer anyone to her property. Bad Managment! If you look at our other reviews, A's from our on-going clients. They will tell you the truth about our cleaning and proffessionalism.

They didn't even move the stuff on top of my armoire, just dusted around it. There was still cobwebs above my cabinet and dust remained on the light above my table. I wanted someone to clean what I could not reach. I could have done what they did. One of the girls started cleaning the microwave which I told her I was replacing so she didn't need to clean it, but she cleaned it anyways and wasted time. I didn't expect to have to pay an additional $120 on top of the estimate. I would never use them again and would hate for anyone else to get stuck with them.

When we give an estimate for a deep clean that is an estimate. When we first went to give her an estimate we did not see how dirty the master bathroom was and how dirty the house was. We also had to clean extra rooms that she didnt initially tell us in the estimate. She complained earlier in a post about how we didnt show up on time for our meeting. She was getting confused with a different cleaner I guess. we are always super professional and clean as best as we can in a timely manner. Her house took that long to clean with 3 poeple. The amount we charged was correct for the hours and people cleaning.

Great service, great price and great crew using green products. We love Julie!
Description of Work: Julie worked for the HouseGuys and took over our home cleaning after HouseGuys closed their business. Julie and her crew are great, do great work and we have been using them for almost 2 years now for both regular house cleanings and extra visits when needed. They use green products and with a small kid at home, this is our priority. Cleaning is done exceptionally well and their attention to detail is evident when we come home after she was here. Julie is reliable and not once in two years have we had any problems. We will be using her as long as she'll have us!

They clean our home - do a great job, are attentive to details, do what we need done and very nice people! Highly recommended!!
Description of Work: Julie and Katlyn clean our home every two weeks. They do a great job, and are great people! Prior to them we used HouseGuys who closed the business and Julie (who worked for them) took over without a hitch.
