+ -1 moreI waited a week before calling. She apologized and said she had been "playing phone tag" with the factory and would try calling again and get back to me. I waited another week and this time she was curt and said obviously since she hadn't called me the factory hadn't called her and therefore she had nothing to sell me. She then hung up the phone on me. I was treated rudely and without any semblance of customer "service".
Description of Work: Buying a mattress and bedding. There was a special sale but the buyer said there were none in stock and she would have to check with the factory the next business day. She gave me her card and said she would call me as soon as she knew.
