+ 0 moreDan is a great find. I am using him again- for general work as well as some carpentry. He is very knowledgeable, willing to share expertise, and personable. Dan spent several hours giving us feedback on a very extensive remodel we are doing without charge on our initial meeting. He has been my right hand on this project.
Description of Work: Dan has widened doorways, matched up old trim, repaired eyebrow windows, put up new doors, and a number of other jobs.

+ -1 moreRESPONDED TO PHONE VERY QUICKLY (LESS THAN AN HOUR ), CAME OUT AND GAVE ESTIMATE OF TIME AND COST TO REPAIR, SET APPOINTMENT FOR REPAIR, SHOWED UP ON TIME, PERFORMED WORK AS DESCRIBED, AT ESTIMATED COST AND GAVE **EXCELLENT** DOCUMENTATION OF THE REPAIR. I DID HAVE TO CALL TO REMIND HIM TO SEND A RECEIPT, BUT HIS RESPONSE WAS IMMEDIATE. FOUR THUMBS UP (MINE AND MY WIFE'S).
Description of Work: EVALUATED AND REPAIRED MINOR SILL PLATE TERMITE DAMAGE IN SHORT PERIOD OF TIME, TO PREPARE HOUSE FOR SALE.

+ -1 moreHIS WORK HABITS ARE PUNCTUAL, PROFESSIONAL, AND AMAZINGLY FAST. HONEST HARDWORKER. HE'S A PERFECTIONIST AND AN HONEST WORKER. WHEN HE SEES SOMETHING OUTSIDE THE SCOPE OF HIS WORK, HE'LL CONSULT WITH YOU ABOUT WHAT SHOULD BE DONE, EVEN IF HE ISN'T THE ONE TO DO IT.
Description of Work: HE ORGANIZED ENTIRE CREW TO REHAB OUR 100 YEAR OLD HOME. THEY REDID STRUCTURAL ELEMENTS IN HOUSE (SAGGING FLOORS, ROTTED BATHROOM FLOORS, ETC.) TO FINISH ELEMENTS (PUT IN FINISH TRIM WORK IN UPDATED KITCHEN).
