+ -1 moreI live near Indy (out of Mark's service area), but had run across a video Mark had posted on youtube of carpet beetles in a vehicle, which is the exact problem I was having. I texted him on a weekend (very upset by the way, because I was fed up with not being able to get rid of these), and to my pleasant surprise he texted with me, thoroughly addressing my problem. He explained to me a simple spray I needed to apply that would take care of the problem forever. And it did! He is very experienced, knowledgeable, and refreshingly caring! If I lived closer to Cincinnati I would use Mark for any insect problems for sure!
Description of Work: Contacted him via text message, and he was able to provide a solution over the phone.
