DICK'S SPORTING GOODS

We originally purchased a new elliptical the end of Nov, 2014. The brand name was SOLE. The product developed a squeak and we had to call the manufacturer for warranty service. It took forever to get a response from the manufacturer, so I contacted D**** and they not only refunded by delivery charges but brought out a new unit. Well this one also developed a squeak within days and the electronic board would not function properly. So I called D**** again and we decided to upgrade the unit for a minimal cost. Again, D**** came out, took the old one and without any additional delivery costs, brought out the upgraded one and installed it. Well, that unit had its own set of problems, included the squeaks and the foot pedal kept jumping off the rail. I again contacted SOLE for warranty work and waited again forever to get the parts. SOLE warranty told me this was their busy season and they had weather problems. I then contacted D**** and decided to just have this unit returned and get a refund. ABSOLUTELY no problem at all. Tony, Rick and Lew were tremendous to work with from D****. If I could give this Dick's store better than a 10 for customer service, I would. they definitely will continue to get our business in the future and I would recommend this location to everyone.
