Detlaff Rich

Description of Work: I gave Rich a check for 3000 as a down payment for my windows. He said he was leaving them in will call until he had time to get them installed. A week or two. then it was, Oh I broke my foot, I'll get to them as soon as the Dr releases me. Then it was, I'm on vacation now but I see the dr when I return. Then it was, well the dr said another week. I told him several times to have them delivered and I'll keep them safe in the garage but that never happened. Two weeks ago I got a call from his friend saying Rich sent him a letter saying he is in rehab. I keep calling the friend buy I don't get a response. I tried to call Rich's phone but it is not working. Now I will have to go to the court house and file a complaint in court. Heaven only knows when or if I get my 3000 back and that's a real shame because I'm a disabled older woman with limited income. Shame on you Rich Detlaff!
