Showed up when they said they would for estimates and installation. Answered all my concerns and questions. They seemed very knowledgeable Did a great job on roof installation and cleaned up thoroughly when finished. I would highly recommend Deer Park Roofing.

Deer Park Roofing installed a new roof on our home in 2012. We were impressed throughout the entire process. The salesman showed us a number of different options and came out to our house on more than one occasion. Another company didn't even get on our roof when they came out. The lady in the office (Jen) was very responsive and got right back with us each time we called. The crew was efficient and cleaned up after themselves. We can be very picky but this job was finished flawlessly. We will recommend to family and friends.

Our sales person was experienced with roofing and worked with us well with our particular ventilation problems/roofing. Deer Parks bid was right in the area of their competitors. When they said the decking would be replaced I assumed it would be with plywood like the rest of the roof. They replaced it with OSB which is inferior but is code. My fault for not spelling it out in the bid. The quality control person was very nice and we made a list at the end of the job of issues that needed to be addressed. We never heard from the company again. Someone showed up to make the repairs on the list but we were never notified he was coming. A neighbor had to tell us they had been at our home. We called a number of times to address an issue we didn't feel got repaired correctly but no one would return our calls. At the beginning of this job we had recommended Deer Park to a couple people. Both families were very disappointed in the people they dealt with at Deer Park. Phone calls were not returned and their sales representative was not very helpful or even courteous. They both went with another company. What started out so positive ended on a negative note. We will not recommend this company to anyone else.

Called and got an estimate set up. Time was for 11am so my dad could be there with my husband because I would be at work. Rodney showed up 30 minutes early. My husband works nights, so he wasn't quite up and dressed yet (because he wasn't expecting him for 30 more minutes), and my dad wasn't there yet. Rodney walked around and pointed things out to my husband and answered some questions. Took about 15-20 minutes. My dad showed up as Rodney was getting ready to leave (it was still BEFORE our original appt time). My dad flagged him down to get him to stop. Rodney did answer my dad's questions, but didn't get out of his truck (and he clearly had no intentions of doing so). A VERY detailed estimate was sent a few days later. While I was impressed with the obvious quality and workmanship I would get, I was hesitant because of my dad's and husband's description of Rodney's behavior. A few days after the estimate Rodney called me to see if I had any questions. I asked him why he showed up so early and explained to him why it was so inconvenient for us. I also told him that my dad felt that the way he interacted with him was unprofessional, and certainly didn't make it seem like he wanted our business. His comments in reply to me on the phone made it clear that he cared/understood very little about what I was saying. And he basically told me that my dad's account of the events of that morning were incorrect. He gave no apology. I was pretty steamed at that point that a salesman would disregard possible business in such a way, not to mention he basically told me my dad lied. So I called the main office and left a message basically explaining that I was disappointed in Rodney's actions regarding our possible business. Jen called me back right away. I apologized for the rant, but told her I really felt like I needed to tell someone about what had happened. She listened to my story and was completely understanding. She said it was unlike Rodney and she didn't know what was up that day, but she apologized several times and asked what she could do to make it right. We agreed that having another guy come out to sit down and go over things with us would be a good place to start. Gil came out on a Saturday (not a business day) to sit down and go over the entire estimate and answer all of our questions. He was probably here for an hour. He got there a few minutes before my dad, so we got started, but he literally started over when my dad got there. The original estimate was fine, but it was nice to go over things line by line. We also had a couple extra questions about possibly putting insulation in the roof of our addition. Gil and Jen are honestly the reason we kept Deer Park in the running for the work on our house, and the reason we would consider them in the future. Ultimately we went with another company partially due to price, and partially circumstances. Given the age and value of our house, the money we've already put into it, how long we intend to stay here, and the general value of the surrounding homes, we couldn't justify the added investment. We need a new roof, but just a nice, solid, will get the job done, kind of roof...not the super fanciest one that will last a lifetime and comes with bells and whistles. But like I said, in a different set of circumstances, we would for sure consider them again.

The salesperson was on time for appointments and I received an estimate for work to be done. I faxed the signed proposal to their office and was told it was about 2 weeks out from being started and would take 1-2 days to complete. After a month of not hearing back from the company, I called to inquire. I was told they would start the following week. From that point, it took an additional month to complete the work. They would show up for an hour and then not return for several days despite the fact that the weather was sunny and nice. The detached garage looked bad. The shingles were ruffled and uneven. I was told that they were possibly old. They did come back out and replace the bottom 4 rows on the garage, but it still appears ruffled and does not look like a new roof. The old roof laid more smoothly than this new one. The nail pop locations still appear open but they said this could not be fixed. The clean up around my home was okay. They left concrete drippings and water that stained my blacktop sealed driveway from the chimney cap and my detached garage looked like a bomb had gone off inside after. I wish they would have suggested a tarp be placed out to protect the inside and for easier clean up. It took about 4 hours to clean up shingle material and wood splinters.

Deer Park Roofing did a very good job. The men who were on the job were very professional and knowledgabel and did a great job of cleaning up the site at the end of each day.

Mike Costello came out to do the estimate and was very punctual and professional.

Everything went really well. Mike was prompt, professional and knowledgeable. We did not buy the house. Therefore, we did not have the work done. We would consider contracting Deerpark Roofing in the future.

They were quick and professional, and apparently did good work (time will tell how good). The price was not cheap but we do not have complaints about their service.

They arrived on time, worked efficiently, cleaned up all shingles, nails, and cuttings very nicely. They were on time, punctual, courteous, professional; all-american guys who did a great job. We went with the high quality dimension shingles. They have a long extended warranty and look real nice. We couldn't be more pleased with this work.

The installation went very well. Deer Park Roofing professionals showed up on time, and were neat and tidy. They took off their boots when walking through my home and were done in just a few hours. Within a day, I could feel the difference inside my home. It was a good job for a good price. I would definetly use them again.

They responded immediately. The representives were very good, knowledgeable, and knew what they were talking about. They were not late and were on time. I had a good experience. I have not yet made a decision.

Deer Park Roofing was pleasant on the phone and came out within 2 days to estimate a 28 X 50 double-wide manufactured home. They returned a proposal promptly but were higher than the other two A-rated companies on Angie's list by $500 and $1000. I chose one of the other companies. The one that was $500 less had 70 estimates ahead of me. They were willing to drop to the same as the lowest AND complete the job three days hence because I guaranteed them the job if they would start right away.

I found them on Angie’s List. I picked the top three companies and I got bids. Their bid was the lowest. My experience with them was fairly good. The only hiccup I had was that there was a guy who scheduled the job, but nobody showed up on the day he told me it was scheduled. As a result, they did discount the services and they came back out on a different day. I spent about $500 for their services. I would use them again.

Before purchasing our home, we had Deer Park Roofing do a slate roof inspection. Mike came out to do the inspection and we were impressed with how thorough he was. We were given an estimate along with multiple pictures detailing every surface of the roof. Once the work was completed they cleaned everything up and spent about 45 minutes with us going over everything they did to the roof. We were very concerned about work being done on our slate roof, and are so glad that our realtor recommended Deer Park Roofing. They were professional and we are very pleased with the work that was done. Would absolutely recommend!!!!

Deer Park was contacted to inspect the roof and submit an estimate due to weather damage. They were prompt with their inspection and estimate submittal. In addition, they assisted in clarification of the work required and worked with insurance adjuster. I signed and accepted the proposal for the work and Deer Park ordered the material for the job. They stated that they would contact me when the material came in and a crew was available to repace the roof. I was contacted and the job was scheduled. The crew showed up and was very professional and worked well as a team. They completed the job in 1-1/2 days. The area was left clean and free of debris and nails. Deer Park followed up with a quality control representative that reviewed the job and spoke to me about the job.

Top notch work. Best contractor from estimate to finished job that we have used in a long time. Very professional company. Would hire again.

I have been in the real estate/property management business for 20+ years. Deerpark is one of the best contractors that I have worked with in my 20+ years. They addressed my concerns and questions as the job progressed. I asked a lot of questions in which they showed a lot of patience answering. The foreman on the job (Clint) was very responsive, knowledgeable, hardworking, and has excellent communication skills informing me on how the job was progressing or on any issues/concerns. In addition to the foreman, this company has a high level of follow up quality control. They sent a follow up person to inspect and address any issues after the main crew left. There was a lot of detail work on my roof and he took care of a few minor issues. They delivered on what they promised me (in writing and verbal). The follow through and follow up with this company is very high. They are very consumer oriented. Rodney the sales manager who bid the job was very knowledgeable and was available during the job to answer my questions and concerns. Their competitor had a better labor warranty (10 year versus 5 year) however after my conversation with Rodney I decided to go with Deerpark based on his explanation of how they would handle some issues (ice damage, moisture problems) around my upper dormer/chimney I was having. I am glad I went with Deerpark and would highly recommend Deerpark Roofing.

Extremely well! Many workers showed up and got the job done very quickly. Excellent clean-up throughout. The final results are great - no problems at all afterwards and it all looks beautiful.

They were quick and inexpensive. We got bid from other companies too; but they were very expensive. We decided to use them because they were on Angie's list, and also their price. They had to blow quite a bit over our dining room and our family room. I was glad that it was they and not I. Fiberglass is not a pleasant thing to be in contact with. It is really unpleasant on the skin. These guys had an experience that they could do it without much of a difficulty.
