We had a great experience with Deer Park Roofing. The process of getting quotes to replace or repair box gutters can be a little scary - everyone has a different recommendation, from putting tar paper over the current gutters to cutting off the box gutters and replacing them with aluminum. Deer Park was our last estimate, and they came out, explained what they wanted to do and why and gave us a price that was only a little higher than the estimates that didn't seem to fix our issue. Once Deer Park began the work, the slightly higher price was justified. The only way we knew their workers had been at the house was to look up and see progress. There was never any debris or work materials left - I think they left the work area cleaner than they found it every day. Because we have an old house, there were a couple issues that came up, and they problem solved around them and came up with good solutions. I should have written this review earlier, but what pushed me over the edge to write the review was that I just noticed a water spot on our ceiling (on an entirely separate floor from where Deer Park did their roofing work). I e-mailed Coy on my way to work, and he e-mailed me quickly that he would try to get out today to take a look, see what needs done, and give me a quote. Knowing that I could contract Deer Park and get an answer about what is wrong and how to fix it turned a frustrating discovery into a minor inconvenience, and meant that I didn't have to worry about it at work all day and call 10 roofing companies to find one that could come out. I couldn't recommend them more highly or be happier with the service and results that they have provided.

This was a big job but they listened to everything we asked. Fixed broken rafters according our engineers instructions, sent hand nail crew per our request, did not park on our brand new driveway per our request, cleaned up everyday after work so dog wouldn't be hurt by nails in yard, arrived early and stayed late until that day's work was complete. I thought they finished the job very quickly. Not sure if it was due to the hand nailing but it also wasn't as noisy as I remember the last time we had to get a roof. Pricing was competitive. Crew was very professional and communication was excellent during the whole process.

Steve who I called came out and gave me an estimate, second or third time he came out I signed a contract. He was very patient and helped me choose the roof that I needed with samples and even came back several times leaving samples. Finally I had a roof pattern in mind that I really liked. I called them and they said they would like to come the next day, I said let's do this! The crew that came out, Kenny's crew, came out at 8 in the morning, they were just unbelievable. They were up on that hot roof until 6 sometimes 7 in the evening. They had to take off 3 layers of roof and were there about 5 days. They did an excellent job. David would come out and make sure everything is going smoothly and checked after the work was done to make sure it was done correctly and right. Even picked up any fallen nails in my yard. The whole crew was professional and just did a phenomenal job. I am so impressed with how hard they worked and how dedicated they were do fixing my roof. Diligent workers.

I had been having lots of wetness problems in the basement. The gutters on the house were, if not origiinal, then very old. They did a quote and I specified exactly how the downspouts needed to be, because there is no way dumping the water into the back yard was going to work or be feasible without getting the basement wet. I had to call back a time or two to get follow-up, so be aware of that minor issue. Their original subcontractor that came in May to do the gutters was gruff, and asserted his 30 years experience and expertise at such matters. After waiting for quite a while for rain, I noticed that there was water dripping from the fascia. I took pictures of this with a USB cable cam, and it turns out that this expert with 30 years experience did not put the gutter aprons up on the main part of the house. This seems like a major mistake to me. I sent the photos to DPR and they immediately admitted this was not a correct installation. A few weeks later, another crew came out and installed the gutter aprons. This cured the wet and dripping fascia problems. Since then, (two months now since installation) the gutters have kept the basement dry, so far. The gutters themselves seem pretty nice and they are, so far, doing their job. They did admit error and fixed it without denying culpability or giving any of what I refer to as "corporate resistance" or referring to the "small print," so I would say they handed the error admirably. These guys also did a roof on part of the house, previously.

I called their office in the morning to ask about getting an estimate for a roof repair. The night before I had noticed an aluminum ridge vent had come off the top of our 2 story home and was found in our side yard. Clay came out later that afternoon and called me afterwards to explain the situation, how long it would take to get the part (they carry plastic ridge vents, not aluminum) and what could be done in the meantime since rain was in the forecast for the next day. They emailed me the estimate by the end of the day. All communications were extremely professional. Ultimately I elected not to use their services as the original installer of the roof called me back the next day and had the part in stock. I would definitely recommend Deer Park Roofing should be one of the companies you call to get an estimate should you find yourself in a situation where you need a roof repair!

Very Satisfied. Deer Park is a top notch company who has crews who do excellent work, perhaps the best in the area to handle complex roof and gutter systems, and they honor their warranty, if ever necessary to request a follow-up visit. Price was very competitive. Recommended. A+++

They came out within a few days and fixed the problem. They took the old shingles off and replaced around chimney. They did a great job.

Our service was great. He was a nice guy. I would call them again, if I needed a new roof. He did something and he said he had to come back, to bring another part. He came back one day, and he was here working. So he was great. It's a great company. He's super nice. He came back without me being here. They billed us. I didn't have to write them a check the same day. They trusted us, so they were great.

They did a great job. I sent them a digital photograph. They were reasonably priced and came in below their estimate.

Furnish work was done but give me a break. 325 dollars???????

It went very well. They called right away after I contacted them. Were extremely helpful in not trying to take advantage of the situation and were very honest and upfront. I felt they were extremely fair and would totally use them again and recommend as well.

The clean-up was fine. Their pricing was pretty much in-line with others; actually a little less. They worked with us with completing needed paperwork for insurance purposes.

They were excellent. They have been doing a lot of work in the development, especially after the winter we have had this year. They came when they said they were going to come. We really won't know the quality of the job until winter hits. The responsiveness was excellent. My husband was impressed with their professionalism.

I called the main number and requested a quote on a new roof with a tear off of the existing roof, new ridge vent, new ventilation to balance ridge vent, replace skylight. Approx. 2 weeks later, the contractor made an inspection when I was not present. This was fine as I agreed to this. Two more weeks later I received a quote for a new ridge vent, new skylight and removal of the existing box vents and re-roofing (repair) of those spots only. The 'repair' quote came by email and regular mail without a voice contact from the company. Firstly, the quote was not for the work that I requested. While I can understand that the office may have given him bad or incomplete information, the roof was in such bad shape that he should have at least asked me if I was sure that I didn't want a new roof. It makes me wonder if he even went up on the roof. He also did not address the ventilation needed to make the ridge vent work properly. By the time I received the quote, the work had already been completed by another contractor and I thought that they had forgotten about me. Based on the Angie's List reviews, I'm sure that they do good work. I assume that they are too busy. However, not contacting the client and confirming the work required is inexcusable. If they are too busy, they should have said so when I first called.

The price was very fair for the size of our house. Their customer service and quality of work stands out.

Provider does not work on mobile homes.

Deer Park didn't back up their work. As a Board member, I ran the listing on Angie's List when we got the bid as this was for our community residents. We had Deer Park awarded the contract also as our Property Management company had also recommended them. I saw them at the Home and Garden show at which time the board of directors knew they had won the bid, but they didn't get started on the work until summer. At this point it took about a month to get these 2 buildings complete between rain storms and as they did have tarps on the roofs, it didn't prevent rain water getting into 6 of the units and staining (some now with mold) in the second floor, rear bedroom ceilings. Now Deer Park is disputing they aren't responsible. They left shingles and trash in the grass which required our maintenance person to clean the grounds before our mowing service could safely mow the lawn. Deer Park also stored their ladders behind our bushes by dropping them over the bushes (I watched them) and damaging them. While we have reported this all to our Property Management company, our Property Management company has also reported the same ceiling damage issues at other managed properties and that Deer Park is now stating, it may not have been their doing. "Prove it," was their response. Deer Park did the roofing on all these building which are now complaining about water staining and/or mold. They created damage and they don't think they are accountable? Our community has 7 more buildings we want to put new roofs on...and Deer Parking Roofing will not have another opportunity if/since they don't have the professionalism to be accountable.

Met several times with insurance company on site and explained scope of work, and obtained insurance adjuster approval. Performed roof replacement as one project, and had their gutter team come out a few weeks later and replaced gutters and downspouts, etc.

They did a great job. I was giving hugs in my driveway when it was all done. The roofers Jeremy Lewis and his crew and Coy Baker the sales representative were outstanding, met all of my needs and then some. I am a very fussy customer, they had to work hard for my business.

Recently my roof began leaking (and did so after every rainfall!) I contacted Deer Park Roofing for an estimate to repair the existing roof. Not only did they promptly provide me with an affordable estimate, they had my roof repaired the same week! The crew that came out maintained professionalism throughout the entire process - respecting my property and keeping me informed as the work progressed. Furthermore, after they were gone (and my roof was working properly again), I even got a follow up from them asking if I was satisfied with their work... these people care! That makes a world of difference to me.

I would recommend Deer Park Roofing to anyone looking for a good, reliable co. to do work relative to your roof.

They are very friendly, timely, and professional. The team was well prepared when they came. They completed the job and cleaned up after themselves. I felt the price was very reasonable. We did have a little confusion on the original invoice and they ended up giving me a 10% for that.

This was definitely the best experience I've had with any kind of work I've contracted for my house. I had 8 bids and this was next to lowest in price -- and the quality of materials was as good or better than that offered by the competition. Everyone in the company was professional and focused on delivering great quality. The replacement of the roof actually took a couple of weeks, but that was because we experienced rain every other day. The roofing crew would only tear off a section of the roof that they could be sure to replace that day, so there would be no potential rain damage from the on-again, off-again showers. They also cleaned up every day. I really can't recommend these folks highly enough.
