An estimator came to our house when we were away and checked the roof leak. Since the problem was small, he fixed it right there and called us 2 days later. I would have been a little skeptical, but the price was low, and I'm glad he just went ahead and did the work. It saved me a bunch of time!

Gutter and roof repair was needed on a house we recently moved into. We weren't sure about what was actually a structural problem and what was just clogged with debris. Of four firms that came out to evaluate our problems and give an estimate for repair, only this one really looked into the downspouts to see if they were clogged. They were, and they solved some of the problems by unclogging them. We did not hire them because they did not convince us that they would do the work in the most appropriate way on our 130 year old home. The estimator was not very talkative in explaining the work, and the written estimate had very little detail. The price was competitive with what we ended up selecting. However, we were very impressed by the thoroughness of his evaluation, and the fact that he cleaned out two downspouts for us.

Responded to phone call, inspected the problem, gave a quote, and did the work all in a timely manner. Their quote was half of my other quote. The job took longer than expected but there was no extra charge. The workers were courteous and cleaned up.

Once I chose Deer Park Roofing to do the work, they responded promptly in completing the job with exceptional quality....And their price was the BEST. I will only use Deer Park Roofing in the future for my roofing needs.

Deer Park Roofing was very easy to work with. The job site manager was always available to answer questions & the crew was very professional. They picked up after themselves every day & cleaned up perfectly after the job. I would use them again without even giving it a second thought.

The experience was terrible. Mr. Sabino is a nice man, but the only time I dealt with him was through e-mails. His crew who actually does the work is awful. I paid a good deal of money to have a bad looking roof, gutter guards that are cheap and don't actually keep debris off the gutters, and chipped paint on my gutter that wasn't there originally. It took forever to get the initial work done because of the weather. Once the initial work was completed, the roofer left a horrible mess in my yard and on my front porch, and managed to take a chunk out of a shingle at the front of my house. I had to complain to get a follow-up visit. I was promised things would be corrected at the follow up visit, but after waiting over a week (with absolutely perfect weather), nothing had been done. Finally, after complaining again, the work was done. But, I was left with a small stack of shingles in my front landscaping as a parting gift.

Overall pleased with the work. When I called for an estimate they were out the same day, and I received an estimate in the mail within a couple of days. The actual installation was done quickly. They did not return my phone calls though. I called a couple of times and the receptionist said that they would phone back and they didn't. They just called the night before they were planning to do the work.

After doing my research using Angie's List, I was extremely happy as well as impressed in choosing Deer Park Roofing. From the very beginning talking with Matt Cox in getting my questions answered & what I was looking for, from the proposal to the completed job I couldn't be more happy with the results. Knowing how difficult the job was going to be, DPR did a very good job & were professional in their work. They did a great job dealing with the weather... rain, snow, & cold. They showed up on time & cleaned every day before leaving. They worked with me & I couldn't be happier with the work performed. I would highly recommend them. Their price was reasonable & their work outstanding.

THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB, BUT IT DID TAKE THEM A FEW WEEKS TO EVEN COME OUT AND DO THE WORK, BUT OVERALL THEY DID A WONDERFUL JOB!! WOULD RECOMMEND THEM HIGHLY!!
