Our crew showed up Wednesday afternoon to setup for the next few days work. Thursday morning the crew began showing up around 7:00am in a well coreographed plan. All members of the crew were polite and respectful. As workprogressed, the crew chief let me know of their progress. Friday, they discovered that the skylight windows (two) were damaged and suggested that they be replaced. They removed one of the units and showed me the defects and I agreed. They had their sales manager (Matt) call and offer their price to replace. I accepted and they dropped off the units to be installed first thing Saturday morning. By Friday evening, the roof was complete and the site was cleaned and only the tools / supplies needed for the Skylights was left behind. The only snag we ran into was the window installer didn't show up on Saturday. So, the guys spent their time movingor outdoor furniture back into place and additional cleanup and called it a day. Monday morning or crew was back to install the skylights. Work was completed within a few hours.

Nick Sabino came out promptly for the estimate and returned the written quote within a week. Once I decided to use Deer Park Roofing they called a couple weeks before the job to make sure it would be convenient for us. Their work crew came out on time and was punctual for the duration of the job. Rain delayed completion on a couple of the days but overall they worked quickly and efficiently. Everyone in the work crew was friendly and would answer any questions we had. A manager came out from Deer Park Roofing to evaluate the job progress. The crew members were careful of landscaping, flower pots, etc, so nothing was damaged during the work. They all did a good job of cleaning the area at the end of each day and at the end did a good job policing the grounds around the house for any remaining trash. My wife asked them to put a new roof on the dog house which they gladly obliged at no extra charge. The new house roof looks great. I can't tell it's a second roof it is so smooth. I would use Deer Park Roofing again and would recommend them to anyone else.

They were prompt and efficient in getting these shingles put back on. I don't know what it looks like on the roof, but as long as I know he came and did what he said he would do I am happy. He was courteous and well groomed. I felt very happy with his free estimate and I received an Angie's List discount. I would hire him again. The only thing I didn't like is that when he was finished with the job he put the ladder away, came in with his bill, I paid him and left. I didn't get a piece of paper from him or any word on how many shingles were replaced or how the flashing was around the chimney. I wish our communication would have been better. I didn't even get to see the color of shingles that he was putting on my roof.

These guys did an excellent job. They were very knowledgeable about the roof and the materials they were using. They keep me informed of their progress throughout the day and ensured the worksite was always clean. They were concerned about doing a good job and to ensure the roof would not leak. I didn't feel like they were just trying to put on a roof and go on to the next one. They seemed to want to be sure they did a quality job.

On 3/16/09 the roofers began stripping off the old roof. They started on time, worked 10 hours a day! Best crew I've seen in decades! They ate lunch on the job in 20 minutes. The job was finished by 3/30 with 3 days of rain during which they couldn't work. Each day the site was cleaned up and equipment put away. They cleaned the yard around the house and driveway with a magnet on wheels to pick up stray nails! They even gave me a package of extra roofing shingles to use if I have to patch the roof. The manager checked over the bid after which we gladly gave him our check in payment. This job restored my faith in the American worker in doing a good job. They even picked up all the cigarette butts around the house before they left. My wife and I do not smoke.

We are very pleased with them. They have been very attentive to our concerns. I wasn't sure what color I wanted. He came over with charts and color wheels so we could see what color went with our brick. That made it a lot easier. He came out on time.

I called in September of 2008 and was told they were very busy with wind damage work, but would add me to the list. They were absolutely true to their word and contacted me early in 2009. The damage was estimated and the company gave me up-to-the-minute calls regarding plans to make the repairs. They did an excellent job. You would never know there had been any damage. The roof was cleared of all debris from the tree removal and the gutters were cleaned.

Overall Deer Park Roofing was great. When we initially sought a roofer, we did not reach t hem on the phone, but we left a message. They followed up that message with a formal quote for the work we described. In contrast, another company that we contacted came out and gave an estimate, but never showed up to do the work, although they said it would be 2 weeks, and they quoted a price almost 2x what Deer Park Roofing quoted.

Their price was reasonable. They did a good job and were very courteous and timely.

We liked the positive comments that they had on Angie's List. In the storm situation, they seemed to have gotten to this job quickly. They do quality work. They paid attention to the clean up.

Excellent, they were very courteous. They were very good with scheduling the appointment. I had several phone calls that would basically say an adjuster would be out to take a bid, and they would be very detailed in their bid and they had pictures of the entire roof so I could see what damage was being fixed. Very meticulous in the bid and setting the appointment. Very good work, they were prompt. They said they would be here between such and such hours, they came, they were very professional. It looked like the work they did was very quality and they were very conscientious on the work they performed.

Everyone was excellent, from the people who worked on the roof to the owner of the company. They cleaned up very well, they were courteous and professional. The owner followed up with me very well on the job and they give their customers a great deal of attention. About 2 months ago there was a very bad windstorm and I could see shingles flapping on other homes and my roof was still perfectly intact so their work is obviously of very high quality. They called me about 2 or 3 months ago because they are now doing insulation. I had them come out to do insulation in my home and I had the same experience with them with this job. They were courteous, cleaned up after themselves and did a great job. It was a perfect experience, which I have never really had with a contractor before. I would highly recommend them.

They offered a high-quality shingle and the tear-off costs were more reasonable than other estimates we received. They worked with our schedule to allow me to prepare the attic for the tear-off. We had some water damage around the chimney and they came out to do a temporary patch months before they were going to do the entire roof at no extra charge. We had a couple areas where the runoff had changed due to the removal of the many layers; they came back to channel the water towards the gutters. Very easy to work with.

We had a very bad experience with them. The roof it self turned out fine. They were very unreliable. They didn't come when they said they would and they were very messy, they left trash and cigarette butts around. They windows were open while they were doing the work on the roof and because they smoked so much the inside of my home smelled like smoke, which was very offensive to me and my children when they came home from school. They were very messy and unprofessional.

It went great. They did a good job. They cleaned up after themselves really well and they didn't leave any mess. They were nice to work with.

It went great. I called them up and they sent someone over to do the estimate. It was then taken care of in a smooth manner. I did not have to be there very much. They were willing to work around my work. They did not interrupt my life at all.

I just purchased a new house and found that the roof was installed improperly and contacted Deer Park Roofing to come out and take a look at my roof. The owner of Deer Park Roofing, Nick Sabino showed up on time for our meeting and went over in detail what was wrong with my roof. Not knowing much about the roofing trade he made me feel safe in his words, and that I need to take action or things could cause worse problems than I already had. He explained to me what he would do and how long it would take and told me he would write up a estimate and get it to me within a day. Mr. Sabino faxed over the proposal and I didn't shop his price I felt it was fair and felt like I was going to get a good product for the price, and that is what I got a job done in a timely fashion, quality workman ship. His men kept the job clean from start to finish, and very happy with his work that he had done. I would have his company do work for me again and recommend his company to anyone in need of a roofer.

Nick Sabine was very prompt in giving me an estimate, he told me he was busy for two weeks out, after two weeks I called him and he said he would send someone out within a week. The crew they were supposed to put on the roof were busy with another job so he sent out a crew that only works for him part time, I wasn't very happy about this. There were a few problems with the roof on the garage but Nick came out and had it taken care of. He has guaranteed me that if there are any other problems he will come out and fix them.

Overall experience with this company was great, besides putting in the new vents for improved ventilation we also contracted this company to do our new roof. All work was completed as promised with out any hidden costs. On second visit, they were quick to give estimate and set a start date, job was started as promised and finished in a very prompt professional manner. The guys did such an excellent job cleaning up it was hard to tell major destruction and construction had even taking place at all. Overall experience with this company was excellent. Highly recommended to anyone in search of roofing or siding...These guys are real pros!

Weather was a definite factor. They arrived 2 days after we expected them, due to heavy storms, but the second the weather broke they were on the roof. They were actually a touch earlier than I thought they would be, as I had asked that they not show up until 8:30 am because I work nights from home. In the end it really didn't matter as most of the work was completed on my days off. Though I couldn't actually SEE what was going on, there was no doubt from the sheer volume of materials being thrown down and the relentless noise from above, that they were hard at work. They got the job done in good time, just a few days, given the run the weather was giving them. Basically, they did a great job. They were polite and conscientious. They each took time to answer any questions we had. They kept peripheral noise down to a minimum. And when they discovered that the gutter covers had ,through some miscommunication, not been applied, they came back within a day to fix it.

Installed new roof a few days later than they had planned. Work was done completely, neatly and with detailed explanation. I have a business in my home and they were accommodating to my needs for them to work around my schedule, even though it was later than promised. The end product was excellent and the clean up was thorough. To my surprise, nearly 7 months after my new roof was installed, a rep from Deer Park Roofing contacted me and said that they were in my neighborhood doing another estimate, and noticed a had a few shingles raised due to possible nail pops. They offered to come to repair these shingles. When they came, they found that sheeting below the shingles were raised. They fixed it, repainted some rusting that had occurred around the chimney flashing and left without a mess. I am shocked that a company contacted me to rectify an issue, before I even knew there was one, now that's Customer Service!!! Excellent!

They were punctual. They always did as we requested. They even did some extra things and did not charge us. Due to the poor job the previous roofers did, they had to come back 5 times and were always prompt. When we called, they return our call timely. They did very neat work. Chris Lewis was the main roofer and he was out standing. They were courteous and professional. I would recommend them to anyone.

Very happy with the whole experience. Estimator was knowledgeable and friendly and explained what he thought should be done. Installers showed up on time and also communicated to me what they were doing. The job took two days. They did exactly what was agreed upon in the estimate, plus they fixed my gutters, which was extra work I asked them to do. The end result seems like quality work to me. The final cost was exactly the same as the estimate, plus small extra charge for additional gutter repair that was not in the estimate.
