I have had them out several times. They can usually come out quickly, and get the work done quickly. If the work needed is more than the appliance is worth, they will tell you, but you still get charged for the visit. I plan to use them in the future!

The service was fine. They explained themselves well and showed us the bad part. They came when they said they were going to. I would recommend them to a friend. I was a little displeased with the price.

went well but I had to pay for initial service call to diagnose, and then a second call to bring and install the control panel. Control panel was identified to the provider in advance and was priced lower on the internet. I expected the provider to bring the repair part with them on the initial visit. I don't remember the date of service so I put in a "fake" date

It went great on the phone and I got it figured out. It saved me another service call for crappy GE refrig. control boards design.

Overall, Day's appliances did a great job with the washer at my rental. Previously, they fixed a leak in my gas stove, which never had issues afterwards. The most impressive part of their service was the flexible scheduling and punctuality. Fortunately, I was able to get an appointment the same day that I called and within a couple of hours the issue was resolved. The technician and customer service personnel was very friendly and professional. Also, since this is a rental, the technician made sure to call me before actually fixing the issue to ensure I understood what the problem was and whether the repair was the best approach as opposed to upgrading.

They were on time, tech was very knowledgeable. Awesome customer service all the way around.

Determined that it would be cheaper to purchase a new. They did what they were supposed to do. They met expectations... thumbs up!

Had to order the part. So it took another two days. Recommended 3 cups of cheap vinegar at the start of an empty cycle every month to keep it running clean. Discovered that the system was not originally installed to code.

Technician was very polite and professional and explained everything well. Ordered parts and scheduled return service call on-site.

Serviceman (Patrick) was prompt, courteous and efficient. He repaired the Dryer and did not have to replace parts. The washer had to have a main control panel replaced. (The washer has 2 panels, and Days Appliance replaced the first one just about a month after the warrantee was up!) Replacing the second one was cheaper than buying a new washer. Not only did he get the part within 2 days and repair it, but he totally cleaned the lint from the dryer which involved taking off the front and removing parts to get inside. We usually could only get in the lint trap or the back of the dryer going to the outside. I was very pleased with everything. And I learned something new about how to use the dryer more efficiently that I didn't know (but should have been told by the salespeople when they sold it) which will save us some money and time. I would call them back again, but hopefully I won't need them. I definitely recommend them.

They got us in the day I called, did the work, and were really great.

My dryer was running but not heating. The tech went to pull the plug to test it and realized the problem was not the dryer. When he wiggled the plug the dryer began to heat when running. He removed the cover and showed me that the 220 outlet was bad. It had enough juice to run but not heat. He said that an electrician should to do the repair. The cord plug had some damage to it, so I told him to go ahead and replace the cord on the machine. He was pleasant and professional. Will check the 'List' again for an electrician.

We called after 9 and scheduled for a service person to come in the afternoon. He called later that morning to say he had a cancellation and could come earlier. We said OK. He arrived, diagnosed the problem, and quoted a price. We said OK. He had the part on the truck. Problem fixed by noon.

Their services have gone very well. The staff is very up front and honest. They also came out when they said they would. I would definitely use the company again. They were great with the cleanup after the job and I liked that they did exactly what they said they would. I had no problem scheduling the services and they were flexible with my schedule.

The service was completed quickly and professionally. Pat explained what he was doing, what the problems were and how he was repairing the appliances. He was quick, neat, and very professional. I will definitely use them again should the need arise.

Craig came out that afternoon and quickly took care of the problem. He thoroughly explained what happened, what he fixed, and how to proceed to make sure it doesn't happen again. Would definitely use again.

I called Day's Appliance Repair and received an appointment for that day between 4:00 & 7:00. I was told the service tech would call before arriving. The technician, Pat Herren, phoned at 4:00pm on the nose and was at the house right after that. Pat was very professional and went right to work. He was very knowledgeable about the issue with my freezer and explained everything he was doing and why. He worked quickly and effeciently. I was very impressed. I would definitely recommend Day's Appliance to friends and family.

I called Day's because I've seen their trucks around for years. I wasn't an Angie's list subscriber yet, so I took the chance and called them. They had a technician at my house the next day. He fixed the problem, removed all of the built up ice in the freezer, and explained why it was leaking and gave some hints on how to prevent these leaks in the future. I will definitely call Day's again if I have issues with any of my appliances, and I won't wait for months dreading how much it is going to cost for repairs.

The service call was all I had to pay for because the service technician realized because of the make and model of the dishwasher that the motor had simply stopped working because of lack of use! No reason to replace anything ( most companies could and would have done so .... I would have never known that this was a simple fix!), he simply had to reset something and it was good to go! Awesome to know that there are honest companies out there still!

I had gotten a good review about Steve and the company from one of my neighbors, plus they had a good rating on Angie's List. So, I felt confident in calling them. I appreciated his honesty about the condition of my old oven and the cost of the new part in comparison to the cost of a new appliance. After hearing the facts, we opted to buy a new oven/stove. I would call them again for other repair work in the future.

They were prompt and very through in finding the source of the noise in my dishwasher. Also, compared to others they were very reasonable and accurate for their quote and actual service.

Everything went well. I called the company on Monday afternoon. They had someone here the next day by noon. I thought that my ex-husband had already checked the vents of the dryer when we started having trouble. Obviously I was wrong. The reason my dryer wasn't working was all of the lint that Paul pulled out of it. He also took the dryer apart in order to make sure he got it all. He went outside and cleaned out the vent in the yard. He was prompt, thorough, and efficient. It is so nice to have a dryer that dries in one cycle again.

Pat, the guy who did the repair work was professional, personable and did a great job. Will call this company for appliance repair again when needed. Very happy with the work done.
