I have used Day's several times in the past for various appliance repairs, and have been very happy with this company. Their technicians are very knowledgeable about the products they are working on and have always been helpful answering all of my questions. This visit was no different. The technician easily diagnosed where the leak was coming from and replaced the water fill valve under my dishwasher. It always seems like appliance parts shouldn't cost as much as they do; however, I would definitely hire Day's in the future for any of my appliances repairs.

Steve M arrived on time and was courteous, professional and helpful. We appreciated his honesty, saying we would be better off replacing the dryer and only charged for the service call. We feel like he saved us money in the long run and we definitely will call this company for our next repair.

It was a good company. He said he would take care of it in a few minutes and he did. He didn't even charge me the minimum but it was excellent service. He was very quick. I would definitely recommend them to a friend because I got good service at a very fair price.

Day's Appliance Service came to my house for a dishwasher repair on April 23. The workman spend 20 minutes diagnosing the problem and told me that the parts he needed had to be ordered. He said he would contact me when they came in. I was charged $69.50 for the service call. I waited 2 weeks and heard nothing, so I called the company. The person who answered the phone told me the parts were on order and I would hear from them when they came in. I waited another 2 weeks and called the company again. The person who answered the phone told me she would investigate the situation and get right back to me. That was the last I heard from the company. On May 26 I called a competitor who came to my house on May 29 and fixed the problem. I have no idea why Day's Appliance didn't do this job, but they didn't. They were happy to take $69.50 to show up and tell me they needed parts. The competitor asked me the model and serial number of my dishwasher, asked me what the problem was over the phone, showed up with the parts, and fixed the dishwasher.

Justin was honest, professional and arrived earlier than stated. It only took them less than a hour from the time I called the office till they arrived! Unfortunately there are no longer parts to fix it, and it is not worth it from the standpoint of cost. Time for a new washer?.

Paul came out and tested the dryer, which seemed to be working properly. He clearly explained what was happening with the drying cycle and explained some possible causes for the problem we had. Rather than replacing parts which might not be needed, he recommended that we continue to monitor the operation of the dryer and call if we noticed it taking too long to dry the clothes again. The price for the service call was very reasonable.

They were here within 20 minutes of my call on a Friday. They were very prompt and helpful.

I am extremely impressed by this company. They did an excellent job and explained everything along the way: giving me tips and advice on how to prevent future issues. They had to order a part, but that turn around time was quick and as soon as they got it they came back to finish the job. The technician was great: he got the job done quickly and was pleasant and helpful. In the future, they will be the first people we call when we need help. Good, honest, hard-working employees: I strongly recommend you go with them!

They were prompt, courteous, very professional and gave good advice for the future. We never felt overcharged even though I don't remember what the price was. We had two things going on with that range, and one of the repairs would have been really expensive, like $400. And he advised us to just not repair it because it was just an oven light. He could have probably led us down a different path and he didn't. He just said, 'Turn the lights on'.

Very professional and prompt. Explained what was broken and cost to fix before replacing the parts and told us what to do the help prolong washer's life.

Overall I was quite impressed with their speedy response. They showed up when they said they would. The repair man was friendly and knowledgable. They fixed the problem on the spot quickly. My only negative feedback was that I thought it was quite expensive for the amount of work they did. Essentially they just had to replace a water supply hose on our fridge. But, I was glad to get it fixed after I couldn't figure it out myself.

This is the 3rd time I have used Day's to assist my elderly mother in a different city than I am and each time they have been extremely responsive. Highly highly highly recommend them. They seem to always find a way to come out SAME DAY!

They came out the same day I called. They let us know that we should just purchase a new refrigerator because it would be very costly to get ours repaired. They said it would take several days to find the leak and then repair it. They were very good and I appreciated their honesty.

Our oven stopped working more than two weeks ago. The range is 11 years old, but we'd never needed a service before, so I called the number on the owner's manual and was scheduled for an appointment with a local service 10 days later. That day came and when no one showed up, I called the local company to learn that the appointment had never been added in their books. Scheduled another appointment with them a few days later and at the end of the promised service window, received a phone call that they were having van problems and would not be able to make the appointment. So I called Day's Applicance which was recommended to me by a friend. They were able to schedule me for an appointment within 2 days. As the window for promised appointment neared its end, I called the company and they had made a mistake writing down my phone number to contact, but the repairman was on his way. He arrived within minutes, diagnosed and repaired the oven within 30 minutes. I sure wish I had called Day's right away. Will certainly do so in the future!

Excellent. Although he didn't fix it, I was grateful that he was honest and professional enough to tell me it would be cheaper and easier to get a new one. He even gave me advice on washers to buy and how to negotiate. Nice guy.

They did a good job. It was more expensive than we hoped, but he did the job well and arrived on time.

So last week my rather newish just out of warranty dryer died. Well I thought it died but it was only in cardiac arrest. I called Day's on Friday around noon and had a service tech out to my house by 5. (Paul) He didn't have the exact part on hand so he called to check and see if they had it at the distribution center and they did! He came back at 9am on a Sat and fixed it without any additional Sat services fees and I was good to go. I was leaving town that day so Paul made my call an early morning priority. The whole ordeal went very smoothly. Got a price upfront. Paid that price. Very professional and considerate service tech and now super dry clothes. I will def use again! Thanks!

He was very polite and professional. He was very smart and quick on the job. He knew exactly what was wrong and fixed it.

He did a really great job! He brought a lot of issues to our attention. He was able to get some of the issues fixed while cutting costs for us.

We had a miscommunication as to scheduling time. Day's went above and beyond by calling to apologize and scheduling my appointment for the next day, which was a Saturday! Tech showed up on time, was professional and very competent! did a great job fixing my dishwasher!!

I called at 8:30 AM, the lady who answered the phone was courteous and helpful. She didn't need to pass me off to anyone else for help. She gave me a same day appointment, service window was 2-5 PM. She said the technician would call me when he was on his way. There was a $69.95 charge just for them to show up and check it out. The technician showed up a little early, but not a big deal. He never called ahead of time, otherwise I would have put my dog upstairs before he got here. I wanted to put the dog away so he didn't get in the way since he loves to help out. He got here and started removing panels and parts. It took him about 10 minutes to get things apart where he could look at stuff. He removed the ice maker and found a tube that was plugged with some ice. It got frozen and then when water goes back into the ice maker, causes it to overflow. He ran water over the ice maker part in my sink, and set the ice maker aside. He then removed the inside back panel of the freezer where the coil and fan are located. He eventually got into where the heater element goes into a drain to keep it clear during a defrost cycle. The insulation somehow got pushed into the heater element and was burning. He removed the insulation and told me that it wasn't needed anyway....hmmmm, why did they include it to begin with? Seemed like a fishy answer, but they are the experts I guess. That took about 20 or 30 minutes. He put everything back together in about 5 minutes. He did some paperwork and we talked about a few things. He was here for a grand total of about an hour, maybe a little less. He handed me a bill for $154. Wait, I thought it was supposed to be $69.95. He didn't bring any parts....he actually removed parts and didn't replace them. He used my sink to clear some ice. Taking panels on and off are required for them to look at it. I charge service charges in my business as well, to cover some initial time to check things out. Say 30 minutes. OK, no problem. Say he needs another 15 minutes to work on a few things. Great. The bill should be about $100 since no parts were included. I felt this was a bad deal, but this guy can't do anything about it...he just works there. Nice guy by the way.

It was great and I have no complaints. I would recommend them again.

Same day appointment. Called in morning, and service tech was there by early afternoon. Cleared fault and found source of problem (clogged drain causing strain on impeller motor). Service tech showed us how to check/fix problem in future if needed. Very personable and professional. I would absolutely recommend and use Day's Appliance again for any future needs.

The washer had been purchased on Craigslist and was not repairable. We were told by the repairman that the serial numbers had been removed and the washer had been scrapped by the manufacter prior to us purchasing it. Buyer beware on Craigslist!! The repair man was very helpful and friendly providing information to get us by until we could purchase a new machine.
