But they spent a lot of time diagnosing and got it figured out. It actually included an additional part, but they didn't charge me for any additional time or the extra part. | |This was one of the best experiences I have had with any service. | |Technicians were knowledgeable and explained everything they were doing and why. | |It is rare to be treated this way and have the kind of quality commitment from a service company these days. | |I am very impressed and highly recommend them. | |Will definitely use them again if I have the need.

Description of Work: my refrigerator stopped working. the service tech found the problem in a timely manner , it was the motor which would have been very expensive. he sugested we buy a new refrigerator. the service charge was very reasonable and he couteous.

Description of Work: Repaired the dishwasher, dryer door and washing machine. He had to come back three times to get the washer fixed but he came back promptly and without complaint. We were very happy with their service and responsiveness.

They were rated highly and did not "shop" around services so do not have quote information or anything of that sort. | |The technician was on time, had a nice truck, dressed appropriated and was very professional. This was my first time dealing with appliance repairs and he came across very knowledgeable and explained his diagnosis and the repairs all of which made sense. This built confidence and a sense of trustworthiness. | |I have no way to know whether or not the price is "fair" but we were able to fix the problem in a fairly expeditious manner, I didn't feel taken advantage of, had a positive experience and I could afford the service -- so in my mind, I thought I got a good "deal". I would use again.

Description of Work: The gentleman came in and checked my dryer, determined what the problem was and told me my options. Actually burned up a replacement part in diagnosing, but didn't charge me for the part. Based on the age of the dryer he suggested a new one. Very professional, yet personable and helpful, fully explaining everything; even helped me understand what might be going on with my oven display. Would definitely use them again, I'm going to call back and see what they charge to install my new dryer!

Description of Work: Pat Herron came to my home in January to service my dryer which was not heating. Pat was punctual, knowledgeable friendly and considerate. He replaced the thermostat and had my dryer running properly in about 20 minutes1 About 2 months later, I experienced the same difficulty with the dryer. When I called the company again, they said they would immediately send someone out. I requested Pat because I trusted his competence and professionalism. He replaced a faulty thermostat. Pat definitely lived up to my expectations. I am so impressed with this company and very grateful that they stand behind their work. Thank you, Day's Appliance Repair, for your excellent service!
