Description of Work: It took 4 visits to finally get a service person who knew what he was doing. On the 4th visit, the new man figured out the solution but wanted to come back a 5th time. Setting aside another 4 hour block to wait on a service call.....no thanks. I went and bought a used dryer for half of what they were going to charge to fix the old dryer, which, by the way, was a very expensive LG dryer that was less than 2 years old.

Description of Work: I've used Day two times. The first time, the service guy was very knowledgeable and convinced me that the refrigerator in question was kaputt and wasn't worth repairing. (He could have fixed it knowing it wasn't worth it). He also helped us determine what was wrong with our air conditioner. THe second visit, a different service guy came to the house and immediately knew what the problem was with our fridge and replaced the circuit board. He showed my wife the burned out circuit. He was also careful not to damage our hardwood floor. Our fridge is so heavy that just rolling it out crushes the oak and puts wheel marks in the floor. He put down a thin sheet of plywood to protect the floor. |

Description of Work: Technician was friendly and work was done well. They said someone would be here between 8 and 12 but it was 12:30 before the technician arrived.

Description of Work: Fixed our ice maker in a nine year old whirlpool side by side refrigerator. I was super pleased that it could be fixed in one visit and they were able to come out the same day I called. The technician Phil was very nice and showed me why the ice maker was not working properly. The cost included the part, labor, and trip charge minus angles list part discount.

Description of Work: He did not charge me for the service call because it appeared that the problem was under warranty and he thought I should call LG. I did and it worked out fine but I will continue to call Day's because their service has kept my appliance all working for years.

Description of Work: Excellent efficient service. Refrigerator wasn't cooling properly. Repairman Pat immediately diagnosed as failed circulation fan and replaced in minutes. I was surprised there was a separate labor charge of $45 in addition to the diagnosis charge of $62.50 plus $60 for a $10 fan so $200 for a 10 minute repair. On the other hand saved me from replacing a perfectly good refrigerator, travel time to/from, highly skilled tech, tools, truck, and I'm sure comparable to the competition. I would definitely use again

Description of Work: I was getting a error message on my washer, which basically said it would not drain. I tried fixing it myself......could not. The serviceman came, checked everything out and fixed a clogged soap hose. He even showed me what to look for if it happened again. These are now my go to guys.
