Description of Work: Dishwasher wouldn't work. Technician spent considerable time figuring out is was a latching issue. Repaired it and it works as it should now. Also adjusted the legs so the door would close easier.

+ -1 moreHAD A LEAK AT THE BOTTOM OF MY WASHER. THEY CAME OUT ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS, COULDNT FIND THE CAUSE. THEY FINALLY DIAGNOSED TWO BAD BELTS, AND ANOTHER BAD PART. AFTER SIX VISITS AND FIVE DIFFERENT SERVICE PEOPLE, THEY STILL HADNT RESOLVED THE ISSUE. THINGS MAY BE OK NOW, BUT IM NOT CONFIDENT IN THEIR ABILITIES. ON THE BRIGHT SIDE, THEY ONLY CHARGE FOR THE FIRST SERVICE CALL AND PARTS, SINCE THE OTHER VISITS WERE RELATED TO THE SAME PROBLEM. THEY SCHEDULE WITHIN A FOUR TO FIVE HOUR PERIOD, MAKING YOU WAIT AT HOME FOR THEM, BUT THE SERVICE CALLS ARE VERY QUICK. MAYBE TOO QUICK.
