We thought our refrigerator was beyond repair. They sent someone out to pick up the refrigerator, but he noticed what was wrong with it and fixed it. He was very helpful, very prompt, and very friendly.

looked to the list for the proper repair co. after a warranty sales job when I called Sears. Day's was quick to respond and came out at our convience. They repaired the fridge and it was about what I expected from reading other reports. I feel I got a better deal from Day's than I would have from Sears.

Washer broke first thing in the morning and I called for service. They set up an appointment that very afternoon. The repairman arrived at the beginning of the appointment time and took a listen to the washer and diagnosed it immediately. He took approximately 20 minutes to fix it and tested it and even gave me some good maintenance advice. Very courteous and quick.

I called around 10 am and technician arrived by 11:30 am the same day. Thought it was the refrigerator side that was not cooling properly. Andrew discovered the problem was ice build up in the freezer due to defective defrost control board. Most of his time after that was spent melting the ice that blocked the air flow from the freezer side to the refrigerator side. The problem was fixed and he was on his way by 2 pm. Before any of the freezer contents had time to thaw.

The repair man was dispatched to my house the day I called for help. That, in itself, is a big plus! He explained how long it would take for the part to arrive. This company had Saturday hours so the installation of the part was convenient to my schedule. I will most definitely use this company again!

I like that he made suggestions about other name brands that he had experience with. He was very professional and helpful.

Day's Repair Co. came and gave us a quote on our dishwasher repair. We were having some trouble with the dishwasher and they gave us an estimate to fix what was wrong with it. They were very nice.

The serviceman, Pat, came in and got right to work. He opened a panel on the microwave, went out to his truck, came back and replaced a diode and a door switch. He was finished in 15 minutes. My total bill would have been $139.72 which I would still find reasonable. I only paid $60 due to my home warranty service.

I called on a Monday and was able to set up an appointment for two days later. I was given a time frame of 8am - 1pm. Day's called at 9:30am to tell me the technician (Perry) was on his way. Perry arrived before 10, had my problem diagnosed within five minutes, and had the part on his truck. He was finished and out the door in approximately 30 minutes. For installation of a part worth $50, I wouldn't call the overall bill of $200 cheap ($55 of that was for in-home visit/diagnosis)... but to me it was worth the extra money in terms of reliability and excellent, fast service. I'd use Day's again.

It went very well. They came to our house when they said they would and got the work done in a timely manner. They were very respectful, and the price was reasonable.

They came the day that I called. (They were as prompt in two other jobs that I called them for; one was on New Year's Eve). He said that the icemaker has some corrosion problems but left it up to me whether to replace it or not. He said that I have thirty days to decide without an additional service charge. He gave me an estimate on any future repair.

The repairman came out and looked at my washing machine. He explained that the clutchless motor was broken on it. He then explained to me that it was expensive to repair and that I would be better off buying a new washing machine. He then advised me on what would be the best brand to buy and so that is what I did. He was very friendly, helpful, and honest. I would definitely call him again.

My dryer stopped heating on a Sunday. I checked out Angie's List and based on the information, I called Day's Appliance Repair first thing on Monday morning and they were able to schedule me in the same morning. Repairman showed up on schedule and completed the work in a timely manner. He was very courteous and I'd definitely use this company again.

No problems. The service tech arrived on time, diagnosed and fixed my problem, and charged a reasonable amount.

Identified problem immediately and ordered the replacement circuit board. Replaced the circuit board as soon as the company received it (2 days later.)

They were able to send someone out to fix the dryer the same day. Steve was polite and thoroughly answered all of my questions. He had the part we needed in his truck and fixed the dryer in under 15 minutes.

The older stove had a bad latch and the service person did his best to try to fix it at the least cost to me. He finally ordered a new part for me and fixed the problem. I was very happy with this service.

Did a great job, explained what problem was, showed me broken part from machine. Courteous, prompt and honest. Charged a $55.00 service fee which was not deducted from work. My home is approximately one mile from their business so thought this was pricey. They did, however inform me of fee prior to coming out.

Excellent! The service tech showed up on time, as promised and all trip charges were explained on the phone before dispatched so that expectations were met by both parties. Unfortunately, a $359 repair estimate forced me to purchase a new washing machine.

There was really no mess or clean up. They simply popped in a few screws on the range and were done. We would use them again.

I called Day's and spoke with a very courteous woman who set up an appointment for the next day. The repair technician arrived at the end of the estimated time, calling first. He was fast, friendly, and very competent. I appreciated his candor about the work needed, and he gave me a tip for avoiding the problem in the future.

The repairman came earlier than the scheduled appointment but I was called first to verify that would be okay. He found the problem right away and fixed it right away.
