The guy was very honest about what he thought it was and what the cost would be vs getting a new one. I had used them before, years ago, and was pleased then also.

Day's was able to schedule me right away. From the beginning they seemed knowledgeable and very professional. The service technician was on time; very courteous and did a great job with fixing the problem. I would definitely use them again (but hopefully not for that same problem).

I was very happy with my experience. The office was very helpful especially John. Pat diagnosed the problem quickly. He had the part on the truck and was in and out in 1 hour.

Very friendly and efficient, very prompt, and cleaned up and put everything back just the way it was. This is the second time we've called Day's and both times were stellar. Steve diagnosed the problem quickly. The dryer is old and a new timer had to be ordered. Two days later Steve was back out with the part. Dryer fixed, working great. Gotta love those old Maytags, they just keep on keepin on. Day's only charged for the one service visit.

Technician fixed door alignment problem. Also adjusted legs so door would close easier.

Couldn't find problem but it did work while he was here;-(

The repair man arrived on time , confirmed the problem was the drain line was frozen closed. He accessed the drain and cleared out the ice. He then installed a metal heat sink from the heater coil to the drain to keep the drain open. The entire repair took less than ten minutes. I was charged for a service call, plus $68 to add a $25 heat sink. While the job was done very professionally, I feel that cost for labor on the repair was excessive. I agreed to these costs and will not hesitate to use this company again.

The technician arrived as scheduled. He called on his way so I didn't have to sit around the house a few hours waiting. I only work 20 minutes from home so it was convenient to do that. After listening and checking out the internals it was determined that the dryer needed a new idler arm, bearing and roller assembly. Part of that I was anticipating from what I had seen online but the other part I would have missed. Parts were ordered and it took about two weeks for them to come in. Could still use the dryer during this time, just noisy. Technician scheduled a time to come back and replace the parts. Took about 1/2 hour or less for the actual repairs. It has been running for a month now with no noise. This is the second time they I have used them and have been pleased both times.

The work was done fast & efficiently. Steve came promptly & gave us advise on how to keep the disposal working properly. He even applied an internet discount of $10.

They've done a couple of things for me. They've done a wonderful job. I think a service call with them...I honestly can't remember off the top of my head but I felt like it was very reasonable. I want to say like $60 or something, approximately. It was fine. I didn't have to pay anything but the service call because it was a very simple thing and he didn't charge me for it. They were there the same day I called. It was an Angie's List recommendation. They seemed like they were closer in the area so I went with them. In fact I've actually used them two more times. They also replaced a ice maker in my refrigerator and then they fixed my dishwasher again in April. I will continue to use them. I think of them very highly.

They replaced it and did quite a good job. It was the same service charge and they asked me for like $200 or something. I will continue to use them for any appliance needs I have.

It was the same service call charge, it has not changed. In the year that I've been using them it hasn't changed.

I have used them for the last 10 years. I've never had a problem before. I don't think they want to be in the residential business anymore. The owner and another guy came out and they were too lazy to see what was going on a drain pipe. And said, rather than fixing it; they said they'd like to see purchase a new unit. It seems like they didn't want the business. It was very disappointing. They are going to give me a refund on their service call because another company did the work and the unit didn't need replacing. They came to look at my diswasher on the control panel, it wasn't working. They called their central ofc. to see if they have the parts. They don't make these parts anymore and would be too expensive to fix. He was great. The only problem was that he was suppose to call before coming. He did call, but didn't leave a message. Steve showed up and I wasn't expecting him since I hadn't gotten the call. Once he got there, he was great.

The work was okay. He did fix what he was supposed to.

When I called Day, I was told they could have a tech to my location between noon and 4 on that same day. The tech arrived at about 1pm. He was friendly and professional and was able to diagnose and fix the problem in about 1/2 hour. He probably could have told me I needed a new timer and sold me one but he was very up-front about what was wrong. Just fixing a loose connection on the timer took care of it quick and easy.

Brian worked efficiently to complete both repairs. He was very neat.

When we first called Day's Appliance Repair, the dispatcher gave us the price for a service call, and also quoted the hourly rate for repairs. We were given a 4-hour window of when the repair person would show up, and were told that we'd get a phone call about 30 minutes before they arrived. Phil, the repairman, called within the time frame given and showed up promptly. After determining the cause of the problem with the range, he quoted a firm price for the repair, and we were able to request a "first appointment of the day" time for his return trip, once parts were ordered. Everyone we dealt with at Day's Appliance Repair was thoroughly professional, and the repair was done well.

The company was a pleasure to deal with. The serviceman, Pat, was able to come out within two hours of my call. He called to ask about the issue and brought a replacement for the part which he thought might be the problem. Due to his foresight, the problem was fixed in a short time. He also took the time to explain the various controls on the refrigerator which I did not know how to use because the unit had come with the house. I would not hesitate to recommend Pat and Day's Appliance Repair Co. I have indicated N/A for price only because I did not call around for comparison purposes.

I am really impressed with Day's service. The repairman was prompt and courteous. He found the problem with my washer. Parts needed to be ordered, and I was called as soon as they received them, about three days later. The same repairman came out to finish the repair, but unfortunately found a serious problem with the main power board. He explained the problem, but did not feel it was worth repairing. He did not charge me for this visit, or for the parts that were ordered. I just paid for the original service call, and was given valuable advice for selecting a new washer. I will definitely call Day's Appliance Repair again.

Very professional, on time, and timely.

The service tech was able to fix our part, but they were late both times. The first time two hours late and the second time they were an hour late. It would have been great if we had received a courtesy call. We will not be calling them again due to their tardiness.

It went wonderful. I thought I had a major issue, but it turned out to be a minor issue. They were quick, efficient and informative.
