We’ve used them quite a bit and we like them. We like those guys quite a bit and they’re fine. They are good. We will use them again in the future.

Called them and they were right on time. The guy that they sent out was great. He was very knowledgable and honest. He replaced the part on this dryer that is at least 30 years old. We do at least 40 loads of laundry per week due to allergies and having 4 dogs. This dryer the second one we have. They were fair for the amount of money; they have extended this dryer for at least another 10 years. This company is the rare one that I would trust with my teenage daughter or my elderly mother meeting them. We would definitely use them again.

The interior glass window in our oven door broke. Day's came out and said they'd have to order the part and that it would take "a couple of days" and that they'd call us back. They didn't call back. So, a week later, I called them back. Turns out they forgot. I set up an appointment for them to come back and actually repair the oven, which they did perfectly and with appropriate care. The work was good, but the responsiveness was a bit lacking. We've used them in the past and this was their first scheduling screw-up with us, so I'd use them again.

Went very well. Repair person was prompt, polite, efficient, explained everything.

After pricing new dryers I felt the better option was to have the old one repaired, I called Day's and they came out the next day. Jay replaced the parts needed and cleaned out the dryer, it runs perfectly now. I highly recommend Day's Appliance Repair, they were prompt, courteous and professional.

There was a switch in the door of my washer that had to be replaced, with parts, labor and service call it was $231.00. They were very professional, responsive, punctual and professional.

Lousy, please see above. The coup de grace for my dissatisfaction came when I called about the dishwasher needing more work. The woman in the office could not find any record of service being completed for me at any time. She gave me grief for her inability to find my account in the system and talked over me when I was trying to explain the situation. Rude and nearly incompetent. Not recommended.

They are professional, honest, and truthful. They said our dryer didn't need anything. I will recommend and continue to use them.

They did very minimal worked and fixed the problem.They were friendly, prompt and courteous.

There is no complaint about the work they did. They were kind of late from the actual schedule. They were supposed to be here between 10 and 2 and they were here around 3:30. We were not told that they were going to be late. My wife had actually called them at 2 and that is when she found out that they were running late. I probably will not use them in the future.

He took all of this time, and he didn't even charge me. I have used them in the past for my washer and microwave. They are really honest. The price was really good.

The service was fantastic. We do A LOT of laundry in our family of five and I was not looking forward to a long weekend without the ability to do wash. Called Day's based on the positive reports on Angie's list. and they were able to get Jay out a few hours after I called. He was extremely professional and very knowledgeable. As soon as I described the symptoms Jay had a pretty good idea what the problem was and went right to work. He explained what the cost would be up-front, just as they had on the phone, and he did not think it would require any parts. In a short time he had found and fixed the problem. Just as he suspected, something had lodged in the pump and did not allow the machine to empty properly which made it keep the door locked. He finished in under an hour. As he was writing up the Invoice we had a very informative and helpful discussion about types of laundry soap to use in our machine, and why some soaps are better, and he even went over some preventative maintenance for our dryer and refrigerator. I feel like I got three services for the price of one. This service experience was absolutely great, and I will surely make Day's my first call for any future appliance repairs.

This was an excellent experience. I was nervous because my long time repairman retired and trying some one new seemed like a gamble. Thank goodness for Angie's list. This company came highly recommended and now I know why.

They did an awesome job and fixed the problem. They charged us reasonably. They were very professional. They came quickly and we didn't lose any food. It was wonderful.

They came promptly and Andrew diagnosed a 2 yr. old GE fridge that lost cabinet temperature of the spec. 38F. Was a bad control board and GE has now had up to 5 iterations of board redesign! Day's saved me significant money over the GE factory service which had wanted much more (w/o value added) to ring my door bell and the GE factory wouldn't even give me an hrly rate for "Historical cost" to fix this malady. As an engineer I can honestly say Day's did an absolutely fabulous job!

I called at 9 :00 AM and they were at the house by 1:30 PM. The tech was very professional and thoroughly explained the problem of a freon leak in the "Yoder Loop" between the doors which could not be repaired. Bad news, but a great service experience!

Andrew arrived promptly during the time frame promised. He quickly listened to the problems and then went about fixing them. He had the needed parts for the washing machine on his service truck. And though this washing machine is quite old he repaired it without having to order special parts. He was honest and helpful about the problem. The dishwasher detergent cup proved to be a bit more challenging, but again his ingenuity was fantastic! He was able to fashion a small pin to fix the problem, rather than having us order a whole new control panel for an older dishwasher. Thanks!

The service was great. They were on time , professional and punctual. They were exceptional in their work. We have never had any service provider as good as them. They were just great. I would recommend them to anyone in the future.

Andrew was the technician and did a fantastic job. He was polite & professional. He told me everything he was doing and had the parts needed in his vehicle. The cost of the repair was exactly in line with other repairs listed on this website.

Called Day's Appliance Friday evening when we discovered it wasn't cooling properly. They came out on Saturday and diagnosed the problem to be a bad damper control. Part was located and it was installed the following Monday. Very quick and efficient. Will most definitely used again.

They were wonderful. They advised us that the microwave part we needed was still under warranty so we were able to get it for free. They fixed a leak in the dishwasher and were able to put it back together and everything was working correctly. They only charged us for one service call for the three appliances. We would definitely use them again and would recommend them.

I am totally impressed with this company. I called with a refrigerator problem and they sent someone out within 2 hours! True, it just so happened that a cancellation made this possible, but still it was amazing. They had employees who were experts in my particular brand (a sub-zero). The gentleman walked in the house and diagnosed the problem within 15 seconds! he said he knew that refrigerator like the back of his hand, and it was obvious that it was true. I was completely floored. This is what you want and need from a company.

After a delay because pat's truck broke down it was well worth waiting for him to arrive, Pat is all business and very committed to solving problems. I will most definitely call Days Appliance in the future.
