+ -1 moreI contacted Ace and scheduled an estimate. Then I received a call a few hours later that the estimator had a family situation, could not make it but that another estimator would come. The estimator, a supervisor named Darrell, came inspected the entire house and confirmed there was termite activity. He explained the Sentricon system to me and gave me a video to watch while he wrote the estimate. Although he indicated he could install the system right away if I signed the contract, I decided to wait and asked for references. I checked them; all were positive. A few days after I signed the contract,a technician came and installed the system without prior notification although I had asked to be present. When I called the supervisor, Darrell, he apologized. When I explained that there were some missing units, he phoned the technician and told me I was correct and it would be corrected. The next Saturday the Supervisor Darrell came checked all the units and installed the missing one.
Description of Work: Ace/Dawn exterminating came and confirmed my porch had termites. Ace explained the Sentricon system as a method of eradication. Ace provided an estimate and submitted references which I checked. Ace then installed the Sentricon system around my home.
