His crew arrived on Tuesday and complete the job on Friday. The took their time and did an excellent job. I was very impressed with how everything turned out, and it saved me alot of money. Now I won't have to paint anymore, and the house is pretty much maintenance free. I had asked about replacing some structural columns in the front of my house, but he said they were still sound, and didn't need to be replaced. I asked if there was anything decorative he could put on the tops and bottoms of the columns, he said he would work on it. He built a very simple box cap around the bottom and top of the columns which made them look much better. I know he thought I was crazy for asking, but I was impressed with how accomodating he was.
Description of Work: Danny came to my house to give me an estimate for siding and soffit trim. His estimate was almost too good to be true, as I had gotten two other estimates and his was a savings of at least 25%. One of my coworkers had recommended him to me, so I trusted her opinion. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions.

I was referred to this company because a friend I work with had a great experience with them. He told me the people there were very nice, had good pricing and did excellent work. On Thursday I called the main number and got a voice mail. That voice mail gave a cell number you could use so I called it. Danny Blair answered the cell phone right away and I told him I had gotten his name and number from a friend and that I was calling to see if there was any way that his company could come out and take a look at my house sometime before Saturday afternoon. I explained to him that the ceiling in my house was leaking and that I was calling places to find someone who could come out before the storms that were being forecast for Saturday afternoon. He told me he could come Saturday morning. I was thrilled. He then asked for my address which I gave him and I told him it was in Price Hill. He then stated that we would be in Westwood on Friday afternoon and asked if I could do it then. He told me he was unsure if he would come on Friday but if he had time he would like to have it as an option. I told him I had to work but if it looked like he would be coming to just call me about 30 -60 minutes ahead and I would leave work and meet him there. He seemed pleased by this and said me that would be great. The last thing he said to me was that if I did not hear from him on Friday that he would be out first thing on Saturday morning. I did not hear from him Friday so I assumed he would be there first thing on Saturday. Since I wasn't sure what time first thing was I got up very early so I would be ready for him. I waited patiently but he did not show. At 10:30 I called to check to see what time he was coming. The main line had voice mail so once again I called his cell. There was no answer so I left a message asking him to call me and let me know what time he would be out or if he was still coming. All day I waited and I called the cell phone a few more times as the day went on. I heard nothing and he never came. It rained again Saturday night and did more damage to the house. I waited to write this review until after Monday thinking that maybe he had just forgotten about the appointment, didn't check his messages until Monday and would then call me and apologize. He did not. It is now Tuesday evening and I have still not heard from him. I made it clear to him that my main priority was getting someone out before it rained again. If he could not do it he should have just told me and I would have called another company. Danny did sound very nice on the phone and after that one conversation that I had with him I thought it was going to be a positive experience. He may do excellent work, I don't know. I do know however that there really is no excuse for him not calling me, even at the very least on Monday to apologize. I just don't understand someone treating a customer like this.
Description of Work: There was rain coming in through my ceiling. I scheduled an appt. with Danny's company to come out and take a look at it before the next rain. He did not show up or call.
