THEY LAID CEMENT OVER THE DRAIN TILE AND IT HAD TO BE REDONE BECAUSE IT SET WRONG. HE NEVER PUT A SKIM COAT OVER THE STEP THAT HE REPAIRED. HE ALSO DIDN'T PUT A LID OVER THE SUMP PUMP AS HE WAS SUPPOSED TO. THE FLASHING OVER THE GARAGE WAS NEVER REPLACED PROPERLY AND HE HAS NEVER COME BACK TO COMPLETE THE WORK SO THAT HE CAN COLLECT THE REMAINING BALANCE OF WHAT WE OWE.
Description of Work: HIRED HIM FOR BASEMENT WATERPROOFING (INSTALLATION OF DRAIN TILE) AND CONCRETE REPAIR.

HE IS A REAL FRIENDLY GUY AND HE DOES EXCELLENT WORK. HE IS VERY TRUSTWORTHY, I GAVE HIM A KEY TO COME AND GO BECAUSE HE DID WORK WHILE I WAS AT WORK. HE ALWAYS CLEANED UP NICELY. HE IS VERY NON-INTRUSIVE AND VERY FLEXIBLE WITH SCHEDULING. HE CAME OVER TO INSTALL THE DISHWASHER AT 8PM ONE EVENING BECAUSE I WAS UNAVAILABLE UNTIL THEN. I WOULD DEFINITELY USE HIM AGAIN AND I RECOMMEND HIM ALL THE TIME.
Description of Work: INSTALLED NEW VANITIES, SINKS, AND FAUCETS IN BATHROOMS. NEW KITCHEN SINK & FAUCET, A NEW DISHWASHER. PAINTED THE INTERIOR OF MY CONDO. HE ALSO INSTALLED NEW HALLOGEN LIGHTING FOR THE ENTIRE CONDO ASSOCIATION.
