+ -1 moreDan was great. He provided a written estimate, showed up when he said he would and completed the job on time. The finished product met or exceeded our expectations and his price was very competitive. If you use Dan you may have to wait, We originally contacted Dan in mid August wanting the work completed by Oct 4th. He immediately let us know that he wouldn't be able to meet our deadline but said he could do the work sometime after Thanksgiving. We were disappointed but really appreciated his honesty. He ended up starting Nov 12 and finishing the 13th., about 90 days after signing the contract but well before his estimated time frame of "after Thanksgiving".
Description of Work: Backsplash - Install white marble subway tile provided by you in a straight, bricked pattern on two kitchen walls. Frame the area above stove with tile pencil and install tile in middle in different pattern; Grout. Upstairs bathroom – Cut tile you provide and install pieces to finish tile base in bathroom and closet; grout (you need to provide the grout). Basement – Cut and install small piece of tile at bottom of steps. If you don’t have the grout, I can supply something pretty close to what you have.

Description of Work: He cleaned my gutters, cocked my patio door, laid tile flooring in my 1/2 bathroom, and cocked shower base door under the metal at the base of the door to keep it from leaking and a new cover on my window well, outside light bulbs.
